The food was alright. Very busy. Space was too small, with too many chatter mouths. Don’t go here on the weekend.

Kelly’s At The Village. Our first time dinning here and definitely was our LAST. To start hostess was not welcoming. As you looked around clearly they catered to a certain type of demographic, that should have been first clue. After being seated, to start off.. we ordered simple appetizer, chips and queso. The queso dip was cold, we told waitress who politely brought another bowl of it, and mind you she waited until we tasted it again to see if was warmer/hot. Unfortunately the queso was STILL lukewarm, so she went and got more which still wasn’t hot. We kinda brushed it off, decided to order burgers and fries. Burgers arrived lukewarm and fries were cold and soggy from all grease. Let’s just say I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it. My friend tried to eat some of food, only to later on regret it, because his stomach was so upset… FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!!! 🤮🤢🥴
Mind you we could have complained again, but we just paid bill $55 and left feeling so disgusted by whole experience there. I hope management see this review… Please DO BETTER!! People do not have money to waste on poor quality food and services.

Absolutely the worst service at any establishment I have ever went. My family waited 30 minutes for a server and when he came over he said that we might as well leave because it is going to take forever. I understand that they were extremely busy. They should not allow people to seat themselves if they can’t accommodate a crowd of people. I have never been treated so poorly. You can tell from my other reviews I usually only write positive reviews.

Good food. For a good comfort meal, go with the chicken fried steak, fried okra, and gravy mash potatoes. The queso with beef is good. Butter cake is outstanding

Kelly at The Village has been absolutely amazing to work with! From the first tour to move-in day, she’s been professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. She goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel at home. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and attentive — Kelly truly cares about the people she helps. If you’re considering moving to The Village, ask for Kelly — she’ll make the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable!

Unfortunately we experienced a hair in our food and although he replaced it by the time my wife got that back we were almost done eating. To top it off no mention of offering to cover it or discount it which leads me to believe a manager wasn't notified as well as no manager came to check on us. We wouldn't have taken the discount and really aren't mad but we think they could have done better. Food was OK but nothing to come back time and time again.

I’ve been a fan of Kelly’s since they opened, but I can’t say that any longer. With few items on the menu worth ordering and a dishonest bartender, I wont be returning.
I ordered a gin and tonic, the tonic water was flat. I asked the waitress for them to check the water, only for them to tell me it was carbonated.
The waitress asked if I wanted something else. I asked her if the bartender knew how to make a gimlet. She took my bad drink and brought me something that looked just like the previous drink a few seconds later. She then told me the bartender added some topo Chico to it. I asked if it was the gimlet and she said ‘yes’.
Once she said that, I was already disappointed. What she claimed was a gimlet, was anything but one. A gimlet is made with gin, syrup and lime juice. It has no carbonation and no topo chico.
They could have just said the bartender didn’t know how to make one and I would have ordered something else, but instead they tried to pass it off. I didn’t bring it up that it was incorrect because the waitress had a bit of an attitude about it. I asked if they had a Sunday drink special and she said they didn’t since it was the weekend. But I had been attending Kelly’s long enough to remember they did. She pointed to the drink list and told me to check it. So I pointed out that domestic drafts were $1 off. Why am I able to tell her things about her job that she should already know?
My husbands Sprite remained empty for half our visit too. She preferred to chat with her coworkers at the bar. We normally tip 25%, but for the first time in a while, we didn’t tip over 12%.
Sad that this place has gone downhill.
