This is my go to store and don’t really have issues here. Until yesterday when I was “helped” by the rude seafood man. I called and spoke to the manager who was nice and helpful, so that made me feel better. But today I open my “1.5lbs” of scallops and this is what I have. Since he decided put the ice in with the scallops that he weighed, I ended up with 1.25 pounds and was charged for 1.65 and they look like someone gnawed on almost half of them. Am I being petty? So irritated.

Whatever you do, don’t use Kroger pickup at the Exchange/Greenville location. They called and said it would be an hour later but that I could forgive since they caught me before I left. Then I get there and call in. I wait while they finish the two people in front of me. And I wait and wait and wait. Finally after 30 minutes I call and they said they’d be right out. Another 15 minutes I notice they are bringing out multiple other people’s that came after me. Call back that time the manager answered and checked on it said they’d get it in the bins and bring it out. Wait again try hen someone comes out and says they “misplaced” my order and would need to go grab it again. Ah no I am not waiting around while they get every again I already am behind on what I need to do. I called to talk to the manager to complain about this and when I complain He Hangs Up!!?!?!? What customer service.

Mulk, the lady that works at customer services is extremely arrogant, rude, and it is obvious that she doesn’t have any knowledge to what she is doing .
I was in line waiting for her to return a merchandise and It took around 20 minutes to do a simple transaction of Wester Union for the lady in front of me.
Mulk, cancel her transaction only because the lady complained that she was taking so long and people were waiting in line.
I have never seen a person so rude working for this company.
Please train that lady how to treat her customers and do her job.

I love this Kroger. The person who hires the employees is so astute in whom he or she hires. I've been a client of this store for 6 yrs and have never encountered a rude, officious, or condescending employee. They are kind and eager to help. I'm so impressed with Kroger's efforts to introduce chemical, hormone and antibiotic free food. They're introducing healthy weird drinks that I love: kumbacha and Telula fruit drinks- delicious and good for you. You're going to give Wholefoods a run for their money. Look out Jeff Bezos.
