Went here for the first time over the weekend. Ordered the Liberty Burger and was impressed. There's a lot of burger places out there, but whatever they do, it's good.Service was good. Food came out fast. By the way, the burgers are big, even the kids size. You may have enough to bring half home.My son and daughter both brought home half of their burger and had it for dinner. We would definitely go back again.

Nice atmosphere and very kind staff. Burgers were cook to order for the beef and came out picture perfect. I personally had the turkey burger: The Libertine. I’m not one for buns, but this whole grain bun was fantastic. The Apple-slice looking fries were tasty, but could’ve cooked just a tick longer to create a crispier outside with the smooshy inside. We would definitely come back for a quick, inexpensive, flavorful burger!

Liberty Burger has been my favorite burger spot since they opened. NOT LAST NIGHT though. I ordered as always my liberty burger with cheese, RED. My wife ordered hers the same but pink. Mine came out like a smash burger totally overcooked dry and horrible. My wife's PINK was nowhere near pink. The only color was brown. So disappointing. I would have complained but I thought what's the point? It didn't even appear like there was anybody on staff over 20 years old anyway. Would have fallen on deaf ears. DANG. I'm so pissed. It's now moved to my NO GO BACK restaurant list.

If you're a burger lover you must try this place! Try the nooner and Liberty for sure! BTW, you can customize your burger to very much anything any how ... for instance you see a burger in the menu but you'd like with fried chicken instead or a veggie patty or just a different buns... No problem at all!!! Very friendly staff!

Pretty good little joint with friendly service. The place was clean with a nice patio.

All in all, it's a very unique establishment. I ordered the Ahi Tuna burger with onion rings and it's a very sweet burger, I'm all about salty and savory, not sweet and savory, so it probably wasn't for me, but I've never seen a burger like that, so I had to try it. The tuna was delicious, the sauce was eh. The onion rings were extremely good. They have very unique options, so if you have a craving for a burger that's a little different, this place definitely works.

First time to this location. Trying for a healthier option, I went with the Woodstock. I don't claim to know a lot about veggie burgers, but this one was large and had good flavor. I would've liked a healthier side than the fries, but the 'simple salad' is apparently just that...lettuce and tomato I was told. For those who don't like tomato (raise your hand!), $4.99 for a bowl of lettuce and dressing doesn't sound like a good deal. I went with the skinny fries, ate a third, and left the rest. Not because they weren't good, but because, you know, healthier side.

I've heard of Liberty Burger but never had a chance to try it. Last night I was staying at a hotel next door and saw good reviews from fellow Yelpers. I liked the lay out. Very clean inside and ordering at the counter is easy. Big Kudos for the big colorful menu up front. Makes it easier to make a decision when you can see what everything looks like. I decided on the "Nooner" cheeseburger and an order of their onion rings. Chose to keep the hash browns on the side of the burger. I love an egg on top but that's too much breakfast on a burger for me. They delivered to my table within 15 minutes. Tells me it's made to order - which is a nice change. Those onion rings looked good but WOW they tasted even better than they looked. Now these aren't homemade but they are really really good. Big onions and not too much breading. Then I got into my burger. Loved the egg hanging off the edges. The meat was cooked perfectly and good sized patty. I didn't care for the bun. Just a bit too much bread that over powers the meat. Overall I would come back again. A nice experience.

If I could rate this place with more than five stars I would. The burgers are the bomb! If you are tired of the same old burger you definitely need to visit this place. I had the B.O.M. burger and to be honest I just didn't know what to order because everything looked so good. I was not disappointed and was very tastefully surprised. The burger was pilled high with onion rings, fresh arugula, thick cut bacon, and goat cheese. WOW! it was a unique burger for me and it was delicious! The service was great and the atmosphere was very nice. The fries seem like an after thought but then again you are not going there for the fries. I highly recommend Liberty Burgers of Allen, Texas. The other two burgers are a bacon cheese burger and a plan cheese burger.

I enjoyed my experience here. I had the liberty burger Sans tomato and no pink with onion rings. Unfortunately my burger did have a slight pink to it and the onion rings were just ok. Their real cane sodas are something I really do like. My trip here was enjoyable and just fell a bit short from my last visit.

Great first-time experience. The food was really good. The veggie patty was a little mushy but was very tasty. The staff was very friendly. Area is busy but we found an easier way to reach the restaurant via the service road.

Incredible burger. Great beer too. A good amount of parking and right off the interstate.

I literally can't love this place enough. It was a very interesting setup. You walk in and order then get your drinks and sit down. The burgers and sides were fantastic. The meat is REAL not some frozen junk from a box. The people were extremely friendly and we were just pleased overall. It was a nice break from shopping

Onion rings were decent grilled cheese sandwich probably would not order again the kid's chicken bites looked a little over cooked but were still ate so can't complain. The sweet potato fries were not really to my liking. The impossible burger was good but would probably go with a regular bun next time. All N all will definitely visit again to try some other menu items looked tasty.

Our experience here was average at best. It was a first time visit, which I mentioned to the guy taking our order to help with some recommendations and I ordered a bison burger, which turns out is just a little bit of bison meat added to the regular beef patty?...very strange considering it was $4 more expensive and it tasted like a beef patty. Not sure how much they even added, if any. Also, we ordered two sides of onion rings not realizing that one order is massive. We found out by walking by another table that had ordered them. I had to go back and cancel the second order and get refunded because one was enough to feed both of us. Rookie mistake, but the one taking our order didn't mention the size of the fact that they were $8 each....knowing it was our first time, I think sharing that would have saved the hassle of going through a refund. Anyway, the food wasn't bad. I actually enjoyed my meal, but given how rocky the experience turned out and the fact that two burgers and a side of onion rings cost over $40 is enough for me to probably not return.
