Little Caesars Pizza

Carlos was super awesome , helped me with everything I needed and was an amazing cheese pizza i got !! One of the best employees. The store will be great as long as he is there !!!

The gent who took the order was the rudest to everyone. He seemed so many to even be there. Spanish music blaring so loud he cant even hear to take orders. The lady in the back making the pizza kept wiping her runny nose on her arm.

Although they aren't as budget friendly as they have been in the past, they still make pretty darn alright pizza. Their Jalapeño cheese bread is still undefeated in my opinion. Nevertheless, they do what they particularly do well.

Tonight we ordered pepperoni crazy puffs, crazy bread, cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. Got home and my daughter found a bug in her pepperoni pizza. When I called, the kid who answered rudely said sarcastically “sorry what do you want me to do about it.” I was furious at his sarcastic and rude response. Before I could respond with anger I just hung up. Instead of telling him what I really thought. I’m very disappointed in this horrible customer service.

Quick pizza for the family. Cheaper prices than places like papa johns and domino's.

Ordered stuffed pretzel crust
Got a pizza with white crust without the baking soda wash. Called in and informed the store. They claimed they used pretzel crust. I said the crust is white. Pretzel crust is dark brown and youre supposed to put the baking soda wash. I told them I'll bring the pizza back to show them. They said they'll remake it. I drove to the store and waited for customers to pickup and place orders. When they had cleared, I told them I had called and requested it to be remade, that they didnt apply the baking soda wash. They looked at me like I was crazy. They said that's pretzel crust. I said, what pretzel have you eaten that is white? The pictures on your own website use a brown pretzel crust. You didnt apply the baking soda wash.
They said theyd remake the pizza. So despite saying over the phone that it would be remade, 20 minutes after that phone call, it had still not been remade. I got a stuffed pretzel crust from the hwy 380 location in mckinney, and they made it like it is supposed to be made. This location seems to just half ass their work. It literally is just taking a brush and coating the crust with baking soda-water mixture, and they didnt even do it for the remake. I just took the pizza and left. Its just not that hard to do it right, but they choose not to.

I placed an order went and picked it up got home part of the order was wrong and it was all old and hard and had been sitting there. I called and was told there was no manager there and then the kid on the phone said he was the assistant manger and I told him the problem and first he tried to tell me the door dash might have taken too long to get me my food I said I came and picked it up he said they can remake it to come up there in 10 minutes so I did. I got there and they told me they would not remake it there is no manger there(come to find out there was an assistant manager there but she doesn't talk to customers because she doesn't speak English) and that I took to long to pick up my food. My order was to be ready between 6:22-6:27 I got there at 6:25 and then they let me know that a manager will not be there until Friday.

I love Little Caesars, but this location was disappointing. The food lacked flavor, the store was hard to find, and the staff didn’t seem to know much when I asked questions. I’d recommend trying another location.

I usually only purchase pizza from here when I'm on a budget. The pizza is good for Little Caesars but my issue with this shop is I'll usually do a walk in for the hot n' ready and when I go in the employees were all in the back, would peek around the corner at me a few times with no acknowledgement and it took about 10 mins to be greeted. I worked at a Marco's pizza and I understand when it gets busy but we would still acknowledge the customer within 25 seconds.

This pizza was cut so crazily, the friends I was eating it with decided to do a pizza draft to pick the slices, because not 2 were even

Pizza crust was raw. This is the worst Lil Caesars I have ever been to. From ordering to pick up. You should be reported for serving raw food!
