One star for queso & sauce flavor & another for decent fries. Tender had a good breading though it wasn’t seasoned AT ALL which I figure may have been on purpose since it was a kids meal. Brisket on $19 nacho and $16 cheesesteak had to be artificial or some out of date cheap premade meat. Not worth it. Hope you read this before you buy. Crazy, I’ve had ok bbq and amazing but never bad. Disgrace to Texas. lol

This place has gone downhill. The service is slow, the options were limited and the menu was not accurate. Only Mac and cheese and fries available for sides. They don't give you any garnishments like they used to. I gave it another chance today but won't be returning.

This place is in the hub, so the atmosphere is Cool because everything else around. even though Google says it’s not it’s still open.
There was not a single person online, and no one ordered after me, but it still took about 15 minutes to get the food out.
The taste was OK , but most of the brisket that was on the loaded potato that I got was extremely fatty.
Shortly after I ate it, I felt pretty sick. My stomach has been uneasy for the last hour. Finally, now I am reading reviews and I noticed the last person got food poisoning and I’m super worried.
Avoid this place if you can

Local Smoke did not disappoint. I love the new Hub concept. Brenden was fantastic at helping me navigate the menu and offered great suggestions. I went with the honey smoked wings and potato salad. Really good and I’d totally order that again. The house made potato chips were a hit for our whole table. Thanks Brenden for introducing me to Local Smoke. Can’t wait to come back and try more goodies!

Fun night at the HUB! The Clubhouse has a cool vibe with an awesome staff. Lots of places to hang, great variety of food options. David and Kayla really know how to take care of a crowd! Wow! They are calm, cool and collected and have customer service down to a T! We will be back!
It was our first time coming the The Hub. It was a Sunday funday family day. 5/5/2024 for cinco de mayo. Great atmosphere. We came hungry. We hadn’t eaten anything all day. And this was in the afternoon. The cashier the local smoke was not very helpful and wasn’t welcoming. But we still ordered. We love some good bbq. We order two Mac and cheeses. Our 1 year old only ate some of the Mac and cheese. I had a chopped brisket sandwich (seen in photo, takeout but now in the trash) with Mac and cheese. My husband had ribs, chopped brisket and Mac and cheese. The food tasted good. However, maybe an hour later passed and I wasn’t feeling well. Another hour passed and I’m not trying to give too much information however it wasn’t a great feeling or experience of intense diarrhea. My husband is just now feeling the effect hours later than I was. I believe that something wasn’t clean and the meat wasn’t cooked right. Thank God our 1 year old wasn’t affected because he only had mac and cheese. All of this was $65. Not worth it. This is my honest review. Please don’t choose them at The Hub.

The food was good not great. The loaded potato was very oily/greasy which is to be expected from chili. My wife got the brisket cheesesteak and loved it. She did say a little BBQ sauce would’ve put it over the top. The worst was spending $8 on basically what was Kraft Mac n cheese with some toasted crumbs on top. Not worth it. A good experience and the atmosphere is great. The food here left a little to be desired.
Me and my 3 year old just moved to Craig Ranch and she loves this place. The crawfish special day was exactly what I needed. And David the bartender is my guy for sure! We will def be back over and over and over!!!
