Due to pandemic and an infant we haven’t really gone anywhere in the past two years. We saw this place open up and it looked interesting. We had some family visit from overseas and we opt to try this out for brunch, and so happy that we did!The atmosphere of this restaurant is awesome! My toddler loved it. Seeing all the “kitties” all around made it special. We all had to take turns walking around the restaurant as she showed us everything. We had a decent sized party and that caused no issue for the staff. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We all got various mimosas which were nice but honestly not worth the cost overall. The food on other hand was awesome!! You can choose from either brunch or lunch menu. I got the Cowboy skillet and it was awesome. So much meat and flavors. The biscuit was one of the best, fluffy, and delicious ones I have had in an extremely long time. My wife got the French toast and it had a very nice crunch to it, and my daughter got fries which were awesome. One of the best brunch places I have been to and we will def come back!!
The food was fabulous and Lex is a 5⭐️ waitress! I had the Cowboy Meat Lovers skillet. It was yummy and plenty for 2 people. I am definitely recommending Lone Spur Cafe to our breakfast club.
Went for brunch and had the classic bennedicts and they were really good. The potatoes crispy, and the eggs cooked perfect. Good place for brunch!
Lone Spur Cafe is the go to place for breakfast. My picture doesn't do justice to how big the portions are AND more food came out because the biscuits and gravy (which are a side that comes with the meal, I didn't order extra) were so big they needed their own serving plate. You are getting two meals for the price of one.The staff was great, very friendly, seated us right away. Perfect balance of checking in on us during the meal, not too much and not too little. Can't recommend this place enough, will be back.
I’ve been in multiple times and have never been disappointed! Christa is a great server! She’s always friendly and takes great care of the table. We love to share an apple flapjack, and my personal favorite meal is the chicken fried steak. The inside vibe is very Texas and great for a casual breakfast or lunch. Would definitely recommend!
Such a great find!!! Super clean, great food, outstanding service!!The Migas were amazing!! The wagons wheel pancake was not only huge but delicious!! And has a full bar!!! Will most definitely become a regular here!
Their 6 oz bacon steak and eggs take thick slice bacon to a whole new level. Highly recommend.
Witnessed the staff arguing when we walked in. There was a long wait for our food (40 mins) and they messed up my order (didn't get the gravy that was supposed to be on the cowboy Benedict and my eggs weren't even cooked properly - see photo. My husband liked his though. Really cute place and our server was nice. We might give it another shot down the road to see if they get their act together.
The staff at LSC Allen is Top Notch!Ask about the Appleflapjack or the Spanish Cowboys Skillet, paired with a Pineapple Mimo & the Fully Loaded Bloody Mary!Ricki, Yolanda, and their team truly understand how to provide The Lone Spur Café Experience!!
I'm glad we found this spot! They have a lot of options for food and reasonably priced (these days) compared to other restaurants. Im confident that you'd be happy with anything you pick. I myself tried a few things: Cowboy skillet, biscuits and gravy, pancake, and Belgian waffle. Everything was excellent. Lone Spur has made my list of favorites. The place was clean and the service was good, too.

Food average at best - slow service - slow food - dirty tables - new place that needs leadership that trains staff & takes there Food much more serious This was at the Bedford local
We have been here twice in the last two weeks. The staff is great. The food is fantastic and the charm of this place is off the charts. I plan to try everything on the menu with future visits. The chicken fried steak was the best I've had, and that is how I judge the places that offer it. The burgers are to die for, with a combination of beef and brisket for their burgers was stellar.
Great service with awesome food. This is my go to destination for breakfast
IT WAS A GREAT NEW EXPERIENCE, I ORDERED A PECAN PANCAKE WAGON WHEEL BREAKFAST , I AM HAVING MY LEFT OVER PANCAKE RIGHT NOW AND IT IS THE BEST I EVER HAD !!!! THEY WAS A LITTLE SHORT STAFFED BUT WE WAS PATIENT AND THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF US. :) ★★★★★
Excellent food! You need to try this place. We went on Mother’s day. Other places were an hour or two waiting time. At Lone Spur Cafe, we were seated in 5 minutes. Although we waited a long time for food, our dishes were great! My pancakes were perfect. Omelette was also delicious. The manager understood customer services, so he went above and beyond.
