Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant

The salsa chips and beans are elite! The food is also very good I do think it is a little over priced however I love the flavor of the food and the grilled items!

Tonight my husband and I visited Lupe Tortillas Allen for a second time looking forward to their FAMOUS Fajitas.

Sadly, it is the LAST time I will ever order the Fajitas.

I literally had to SPIT out every bite of the beef as it was so tough!

So much for a tasty seasoning when you cannot swallow the meat.

A completely wasted $30 dinner!

I mentioned to front desk on the way out and they had zero concern or care.

Low coat Torchys serves more tender meat.

Very good quality food, reasonable price, good service.

This is my favorite for Carne Asada. It is delicious!!

They make some good mexican food and have a great bar.

Service and atmosphere were good! Food was okay, nothing special.
I just don’t think 2 meals, 1 sweet tea and a beer + guacamole should cost $95.

Our first visit will certainly NOT be our last. We have been eating at the Tex Mex restaurant across 75 for years. After a very bad dining experience at "Uncle's" the last time, we decided it was time to try Lupe Tortilla, and we are so thankful that we did. We were greeted and seated immediately on an early Sunday evening. Our server, Jessica, asked if we had been there before and we indicated that it was our first visit. Jessica spent time telling us about the menu, the freshly prepared items and was very quick with chips, salsa and our drink orders. Norm, the manager on duty came out and presented us each with a sample of their beef fajitas, which he said was their best seller. The samples were amazing. Jessica took our orders and made certain we knew exactly what each order consisted of. Our drinks remained topped off at all times, and she was at our service throughout the meal. Jessica was also waiting on several other tables with the same professionalism. This is our new go to Tex Mex spot and we will refer everyone we know. Thanks for an incredible dinner experience.

Was sat outside and forgot about. Food wasn't good, and happy hour was basically nonexistent. Had 1 Margarita, but they said happy hour was a dollar off, still paid $9.00 for a Margarita that was terrible. My daughter didn't even eat her food and my food they had to remake because it wasn't editable. Not a fan and won't be back

Edited to add that even though it looks like they responded below, I sent the info they asked for but still have not heard from them.

Used to be one of our favorite places. Tried to go for breakfast this morning. Waited an hour for food. Other tables who came in after us were served and finished their meal while we still didn't have food. Ended up walking out after letting the hostess stand know why we were leaving and they didn't even comment or apologize. So disappointed.

Food is wonderful! Queso is great! Margaritas are fantastic! Had the Lupe for lunch it gives you a spread of all their favorite. Definitely should stop here. We got just in time before the rush and had a great meal.

We hold a meeting here for Masters of Networking and afterwards me and some members stayed and ate and the food was phenomenal! I had the chicken fajitas off there lunch menu and they were so good! 🤤I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out! The staff was amazing as well! My friend has a food allergy and the chef came out and confirmed what it was she ordered to make sure there wasn't any issues on preparation or anything. Gret food! Great atmosphere! Great staff! Swing in through when you get a chance!
