Excellent job and excellent pizza. Came in to get a remake for a second chance to try them out. Was told one of the employees had messed up a lot like that yesterday and there will no longer be that concern everything's fixed in that matter. They way they handled the issue was a good job. The pizza to try today was a medium pepperoni. Made to absolute perfect. I think it's a pretty good deal considering how much is on it even with a simple pepperoni pizza. Lots of cheese. Parmesan crust came out right. The pepperoni was covered well. Crust was good. It was cut well. Overall probably the best pepperoni pizza I've even gotten. Will definitely be back.
Thought I'd try Marco's. I won't be again. Small cheese pizza with white sauce and Parmesan crust is what I ordered. I got overly buttered cheese sticks instead. Couldn't find or taste any sauce. A bit thick on the crust. Got handed plain crust and when they fixed it to parmasian crust there was some parm in the box but not on the crust instead just a line of butter on the crust. It was cold despite it being on a warmer and picking up right when it was supposed to be done. It was cut wrong. All I tasted is cold butter bread. It was gross. I couldn't even get my kids to eat it. They'd eat just about anything and love pizza. Grad I said to start with a small first to try. These are normal $10. Fail. 🤦♀️😑

Pretty disappointed. I ordered a small “The Works” pizza and it looked a bit undercooked. The toppings looked like they were thrown on at the last minute, and the veggies were cold and didn’t seem cooked into the pizza. I had to put it in the air fryer just to finish cooking it.

After the app crashed THREE times, I finally called the store in Allen, TX to order a delivery. I called at 5:19 pm and barely got my order out before the young man taking my order told me it would be 30-35 minutes for delivery and hung up. 70 minutes later I called the store to see where my food was and how we are going to pay for it, the young lady now answering the phone and got pissy with me saying, “The problem is, we have six more orders waiting and only one delivery driver.” I told her I wasn’t asking about staffing issues and just wanted to know where my order is. It finally showed up one hour and twenty minutes after ordering. Not only was it ice cold, it was the wrong damn order. I kid you not. We are DONE with this location and likely Marco’s in general. They just can’t pull it off.

I just received my pizza. Take a look at the pictures. It’s smashed into the side of the box. Clearly the driver slammed on the brakes so hard that the pizza smashed into the side of the box; there are even slices of the pizza that have no toppings because they flew off to the left of the box. All the olives and tomatoes are tossed off to the left too. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with this store. I won’t order from them again - I’d suggest you don’t either.
