We've tried many pizza joints since relocating to Allen early 2023 and Marco's is our favorite and go to pizzeria. Pizzas are quickly made and baked, ready for pick-up or delivery. Pick from any of Marco's fan favorites or build your own pizza with as many toppings as your heart desires. Our picky eater 8 yo son absolutely loves their pepperoni melt pizza. He ate an entire large pizza by himself in the course of 1.5 days! Of the times I picked up our order, the counter person was always friendly and cordial.
Pro-tip: If you're not super busy, skip ordering through food delivery apps and save yourself some extra $$$ by ordering directly through their web site or in person.

Curb side pick up was rejected. Notified of arrival with no further response for order. Food was cold and sloppy. Staff was rude and insulting when I went in to collect my food. Fully staffed, but I guess no one felt like going outside. Don't offer a service if you have no intention of performing it.

I got the all meat pizza and it was absolutely stacked with toppings. The pizza was really good. I ordered online. When I went to the place to pick it up, I was ignored for 10 minutes. No one bothered with a hello or any other communication. Pizza was good. Service was lacking. There isn't really an atmosphere since you don't eat there.
NEVER pay in advance with this Marcos. If something goes wrong with your order, you will never see a refund. 12/26/2023 I ordered two pizzas and wings for pick-up. The order was online and prepaid by CC. When I arrived to pick up, I was informed they were out of wings so I asked for a refund for that amount. It would have been $13.77. The employees were unable to process a refund and told me only a manager could and there was not one present. They promised to let the manager know. I have been ordering from this store for about 10 years and never had an issue and thought I could give them a chance to earn my trust. 12/28/2023 Trust but verify so I called the store asked for a manager. I spoke a person who claimed to be the GM. He promised to process the refund and even offered an additional credit. 1/4/2024 One week later and no sign of the refund so I called the store and left a message for the GM. 1/6/2024 Called the store again because still no sign of the refund nor a call from the GM. 1/8/2024 Same as above. 1/9/2024 It was clear that the GM was not going to refund the wings and the GM had no intention of calling me back. It is amazing to me that the supposed GM would care so little about a long term customer and not refund an incomplete order. It is surprising that is part of the Marco’s customer service experience. Reading some of the other reviews here, though, I can see my experience at this Marco’s is typical. Again, never pay in advance and especially do not tip in advance.

The service, quality, and performance is great. Alot of positive energy in there from the staff.
Vegetarian options: You can build your own pizza or pizza bowl and they have salads as well that are top quality.
Parking: Over 75 spots
Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly. They only have one table to sit at and they call it the VIP table. ?
Wheelchair accessibility: If handicapped then you can enter the building with ease and multiple managers here will help you if you need it. They treat their guests like family.

I ordered from Marco's Pizza all the time and I think they have amazing pizza and I love it. Today I tried a pizzoli and it was extremely greasy and I ordered buffalo chicken and it was full of bacon and now we're on the menu did it say bacon so it was really hard for me to eat since I don't eat bacon! I think they need to be really clear if it automatically comes with bacon because I didn't see that anywhere and the greasiness was way too much!

This location is TERRIBLE. They NEVER get the order right. We have been sooo sooo patient with them through mistake after mistake because it is my kids' very favorite, but they messed it up AGAIN tonight for the THIRD time in a row. ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT.
