Check your order before you leave the parking lot, kids and I don't eat beef, we got 3 value meals which should have been McChicken sandwiches, got all McDouble burgers... totally ruined our night..better off going across the street to Jack in the box 🤦🏻

I made an order on the app for a sausage mcmuffin with egg, with extra cheese and bacon, and I got a sausage mcmuffin. I tried calling to get a refund, but their phone doesn't work. I paid for extra and got less. I couldn't go back because I'm on my way to work.

I went there this morning and it was freezing inside, with cold air coming out of the vents. The one guy who spoke English said that he could not change the temperature. The office had to do that, and it did not open until Monday. I left and went to IHOP up the street.
Very nice restaurant very clean and serve very quickly, thanks to manager Beto for the good job .

I came with my kiddos during the weekend lunch rush and received the best customer service I’ve ever gotten at any McDonald’s. I ordered thru the app and accidentally selected drive thru instead of table. The manager said it was no problem, helped me, and personally got my order ready super fast. We had a girl come to our table to see if we needed anything and throw trash for us. Every employee we encountered was so polite and welcoming.

My order was missing 2 McChicken sandwiches and I was told to go bk through the drive-thru which was busy. I got my missing items but after the wait my food was cold and not at all fresh. When I received the missing items I didn’t get any type of apology not even anything about fixing the entire order for the wait of having to go bk through the drive-thru again and having cold food when all was said and done. I’m very disappointed about this visit but on a positive note i would like to say that if the food temperature wasn’t cold it would have been a really tasty meal, especially the McDouble hamburgers.

This is probably the nicer McDonald's restaurant in the area. The food is decent and fresh considering moderate customer here. My son loves the play place here. The kids are nice and respectful here. The restroom is cleaned. The food over is okay. It's McDonald's. Highly recommend for any visitors or McDonald's play place regulars. 🍔🤸🏼

Dining addresses lobby open till 11 pm so we drove here, by all means I understand that if business is slow and possibly security precautions, Y’ll elected to closed dining earlier. No problem 😉 but in our situation is not always convenient to drive thru option. We wanted to enjoy our favorite type of treat which is McDonalds. Kevin did not refuse to serve our order acknowledging that we are not the best candidate for drive thru. So not only he did Above and Beyond with the best attitude but his service was 5 stars from beginning to end.
