Nice clean McDonald's with very fast service. If you use their app and their loyalty program you can get free stuff fairly often. They're hash browns are my favorite go to. Recommend for a fast breakfast snack.

So the employee Blanca was extremely rude by the look on her face. It look like she hated her job. We all have bad days just don't take it to work. The higher ups need to watch how she works at this establishment if she's gonna make her customers feel extremely unwanted, My Son did not deserve the way she spoke to him. My son is only 15. My opinion if this was my establishment, she would be fired.

I've been eating here a year , Something is very strange here , notice only Spanish people are employed , & nearly every time I go there some sort of problem , or somethings missing Specifically THIS McDonalds . WARNING if your BLACK find somewhere else to eat , they don't like us . Have too many instances to document here , just take my word .

This place has went in the toilet - 815 S Allen Heights, Allen TX. For the 4th time, I order at the kiosk, obtain an order number, and the cashier rudely states they don’t have my order and to go place it again. Not today - I walked out and won’t be back until these non English speaking employees are ALL gone. On top of the rude and arrogant illegals, the food quality has degraded. I bring my 84 year young mother to this location 1-2 X weekly, until today Management - Get your act together and MANAGE your restaurant/staff - in this case a complete firing/rehiring. If you can’t do it, hire me and learn.

Mobile order sausage egg muffin, waited in the counter for 15 mins, and got a sausage muffin without egg.
This team who works in this location work without management, mess in the kitchen.they just ignored the customers in the counter and nobody come to serve unless you called them.

They constantly get our order wrong and they are just about some of the rudest people in customer service I’ve met. It’s very disappointing and frustrating.

I visit this location frequently, and the quality of service has been on a steady decline. I have a lot of points (mind you, that I spent the money to accumulate), and each time I visit, it seems to be a bother to the employees that I am redeeming an item. They always make me pull around for ONE item!!! That’s beside the point though; Today, 11/26/24, I ordered a large Frappe that I redeemed. I was told to pull up to the 2nd window, which I did. I was then rudely “greeted” by the older manager lady, who kept insisting that she told me “last time I was here” that I must order it a certain way in order for the Frappe to be redeemable with my points. I have never spoken to this lady, nor has she ever directed me how to properly order this item in order for it to be redeemable for the limited time edition Frappe. I am very disappointed with the customer service from this location, and you should probably look into getting a manager that is motivated towards bringing this location back up to the quality that it used to be, instead of losing customers over the horrible customer service offered. Won’t be returning to this location after many, many years of stopping by there since it’s so close to our home. Terrible management!!!! Makes me feel bad for the employees that are under her.
