I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and there were no hotcakes in my breakfast only an egg and sausage with egg. Called for a refund only to find they won't give me a refund. I will not ever shop at this location.

Pretty standard McDonalds for this area of town (slightly nicer decor). Large indoor play place for the kids (in a separate room). However, the traffic pattern around the outside leaves much to be desired. It is often backed up and can cause congestion in the surrounding strip center driveways, and the drive-through line often blocks many parking places.

We went to this place a lot but the staff they have has terrible service, everything was very dirty and the staff were shouting at friends they had invited and they were doing inappropriate things and mosquitoes came out on the potatoes because all the staff were shouting at each other at the counter and They did not serve well because they were with friends.

The service was not good from one of the managers (12/28 @ 4:45pm). Her choice of words didn't come out offensive. Owners, don't let these young people who are only there temporarily mess with your reviews / money. They don't get it. Make them get it. They need to be an example for the workers. We are the paying customer. We should be able to have our food the way we want it.

This place has terrible customer service! The sad part is the managers are even more terrible! Everytime I go here it’s a struggle to order food they seem to be mad when they see customers. They take forever on making the food or even ordering your food! Stay away from this place!

They mess up the orders. This has happened multiple times for me. They won’t show summary of the order in drive thru. I placed an order. No summary shown. Found the order was wrong at the payment window. Had them correct it. When I picked the food I confirmed with them whether they are giving me the correct one. They said yes. When I got home found that they gave me the wrong order. They updated the order. Charged me for that. But gave the food which was entered wrong in the first place. Horrible service!!
