everytime i come up to this mcdonald’s customer service is trash they girls always have an attitude. I order food and a drink i said at the drive thru widows sweet tea i get to pay look at my receipt it say unsweet. when i get to the last widow , the young lady tried to convince me it was sweet tea , so i tried it . tasted unsweetened water . so i ask for a diff drink they caught an attitude and maybe me wait 5 mins to get a new drink .

Did a mobile order for drive thru was told to go to second window. I get the food and ask for some sauce, guy gives me attitude comes back and tells me to ask for that at the first window for now on and instantly shuts the window on me before I can even respond. Didn’t realize asking for sauce was such a tall order for a McDonald’s employee. I mean I get it’s McDonald’s but cmon I’m asking for the bare minimum here.

This is one of the worse McDonalds. Employees are rude. Chicken sandwich was dry and not edible. I threw it in the trash where it belonged. They got my money this time for the garbage they served me. But never again!

The line could be super long and some days you'll still end up with stale fries? And man they ration those ketchup packets like the Soviet holy crap. Three ketchup packets for 2 large fries? Really?

When I visit McDonald's to enjoy a meal, I should expect to enjoy the whole experience. Today Nov 10th around 8:30pm, i took my kids for dinner, we ordered 3 meals with coca cola fountain drink. THE COCA-COLA IN THE FOUNTAIN DRINK WAS FLAT NOT A SODA DRINK AT ALL, HOT, AND TASTE HORRIBLE, one of the staff told me its like that since yesterday!!! Is that possible???? I enjoy my food with my drink but I was not happy at all with this visit. I asked on of the staff, and she got me a drink from the machine for the drive thru. Guys your machine inside your resturant and I'm paying for it, at least let me know that there is an issue with the machine before I buy it as to decide to continue my order or not!!!
We ordered via mobile and the order was prepared on time accurately. The drive thru is fast and the overall atmosphere is okay. There’s a children’s play area inside the restaurant. Ample seating arrangements and parking available at this McDonald’s.

You will not get greeted, they will send you to a kiosk to order. I was in there waiting on my order (it was a big order for a group breakfast) I did not hear anything from anyone there until someone called my number. The kiosk didn’t print a receipt and I had to ask for one many times, trying to get enough jelly for the number of biscuits ordered was a task on its own. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever
