Food is great, but they need to work on their sweet tea... either they're not adding enough sugar or they're adding too much ice when making their sweet tea. It often tastes watered down and not sweet enough. They already provide ice so there's no need to add ice beforehand. If customers want it cold, they can add ice themselves. Some of us like warm sweet tea than watered down cold semi-sweetened tea.
[3 Weeks Later] Same as above. I am starting to think that it's the extra ice they keep adding. Got sweet tea and it was perfectly sweet. Then 15 minutes later, got more and it tasted watered down. Why charge us 20 cents if you can't make sweet tea the way it's supposed to be made? Downgrading my food rating from 4 stars to 3 for this.

If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would! The manager especially and her minion employees are absolutely terrible and lack EVERY bit of customer service! There's a reason why I avoid this location, but decided to give it a chance today since it's been AWHILE. I was WRONG! Not once have I EVER been gaslit and made out to be a liar from someone else's mistakes until today. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU! This location needs a clean sweep ASAP.

This is not right. Do I have to go back to the store just for two burgers?

Hate to say, but this is one of the most half assed McD locations. McFlurrys are never mixed. Regularly asked to pull forward to the third window so that the location can cheat their window times.
The order when placed was not complete; had to drive back and request for the remaining part of the order. The employees who helped at the drive through never even cared to apologize for their mistake. It seems to they don’t really care about their job.

The manager here is horrible. Went through the drive through and ordered a coffee with 10 pumps of vanilla syrup. They MAYBE put 2 pumps. I asked for more syrup and they had me pull forward. Waited for a bit and they didn’t come out. Went inside and the manager tried to hand me about half and inch of syrup in a small cup with no lid. I told her that wasn’t enough and she told me it was and continued to interrupt me while I tried to explain that I ordered 10 pumps. Then she straight up LIED to me and said they put 15 in my coffee 😂😂😂
This McDonald’s will no longer get my or any of my family’s money. Corporate should investigate. This manager is the worst I’ve experienced at a McDonald’s, and that’s saying something 😂
