Owner is very friendly and ice cream is awesome!!
Attentiveness of owner to food allergies was both impressive and heart warming. He explained their efforts to avoid cross contamination, including keeping mix-ins in individual containers. They have multiple gluten free and dairy free options as well as vegan sorbet. So nice to find people and places that make efforts to ensure everyone can enjoy their menu. 5 star service. We will definitely be back!
I came in a couple days ago, and i heard someone yelling loudly in the back. A girl comes out a few minutes later crying.
This place reminds me of Pinkberry, and the yogurt flavor is as impressive as the toppings are available. Price of a cup of frozen yogurt is measured by its total weight, so obviously, the more topping or frozen yogurt you put, the more you pay.
This place gets a 3-star because the staff definitely needs to keep the topping stations, and even just the general sit-in area more tidy. Crumbs and toppings littered the topping stations, used napkins scattered across the sit-in tables. It seems like the staff are apathetic and just there to collect a pay check.
The frozen yogurts are 👌 and hits the spot during a hot sunny Texas summer.
Senile Indian manager gets mad at us for getting samples, actually trying to buy food kicked out repeatedly. Please fire him
This is the worst place and worst service. Owner's behave not like as a human being.
Good selection of frozen yogurt. Multiple topping options. Outdoor seating available.
Great place, nice flavor, prices are good. More over its diet another word low carbs. What else you need.
very delicious
The froyo was good but this place is not managed well. Seems like they have teenagers running the place. It took 2 mins after I entered for someone to come out of the back room and tend to us. I tried to sit and eat here with my kids but my little one was picking stuff from the floor. It’s not well kept and floors are dirty.
It’s easy to put up with this stuff when the froyo was 50 cents an ounce but now it’s almost a dollar it’s not worth it.
I’m tired of weight based froyo! Bring back the small, medium and large!!

Been to other locations and never had a bad experience like tonight. So poorly managed. They ran out of most flavours, spills on the floor and the girl at the counter simply watching people walk all over that mess.,I stood in line hoping to get some but ended up cleaning the mess to avoid an accident, and just left the place losing my appetite. Disappointing.
Sorry for the negative review.
But this place looks that it needs deep cleaning! Dirty tables, counters, cobwebs and spiders on ceiling.
Yogurt is standard but you now pay for the add-on’s weight instead of the yogurt. They force you to get a predetermined amount that’s added in containers, so it can add on weight really fast even though you don’t want that manny m&ms or other heavy add-ons.
The cashier with glasses is super rude, I live here at wattercreek and I always come here and try to leave a good tip. This time they all cashiers were hanging out at the front al all gave me a dirty look. I looked back, say well THANK YOU and walked out. Never will be coming here again :( I’m a shy person, if you’re reading this I would recommend PACIUGO instead it’s like one minute away
Take a look at the scale before paying. When I went they had lids positioned on the corner of the scale, adding 2 ounces to the weight I paid for.
