Yogurt is standard but you now pay for the add-on’s weight instead of the yogurt. They force you to get a predetermined amount that’s added in containers, so it can add on weight really fast even though you don’t want that manny m&ms or other heavy add-ons.

The cashier with glasses is super rude, I live here at wattercreek and I always come here and try to leave a good tip. This time they all cashiers were hanging out at the front al all gave me a dirty look. I looked back, say well THANK YOU and walked out. Never will be coming here again :( I’m a shy person, if you’re reading this I would recommend PACIUGO instead it’s like one minute away

Take a look at the scale before paying. When I went they had lids positioned on the corner of the scale, adding 2 ounces to the weight I paid for.

You walk in and you’re not greeted or offers help, you serve yourself, and at checkout, they say, “it’s going to ask you if you want to leave a tip.” Really, a tip for what, you did NOTHING but ring me out. Also the frozen yogurt has a longstanding milky taste, very terrible.

I only came here because they offered dairy free options. Toppings are in containers, the employees aren’t super welcoming, and this place is always dirty. I have tried to come here 2x and I walk out because of how dirty everything looks. If you are a froyo person go to yummilicious!

We walked in and she offered samples so we took some. But as we were about to get some frozen yogurt, me and my friends noticed the lady was giving us a dirty look. And we went to sit down as we had been walking for a little bit, she promptly asked us to exit the store for no reason. Awful service. The lady is in the photo behind

Definitely my favorite ice cream place! They have many delicious flavors (my fav is pineapple) and a very fun atmosphere with nice and friendly staff!
The old indian man was super rude and yelled at my friends and I for sampling. He told us we were stealing, when we ended up paying for a bowl. He got all up in my friend’s face. He’s driving away customers and based on other reviews, you can tell he yells at people daily. He has no respect towards customers.

What an AMAZING place to visit... This place is magnificent, visit with friends, children or that special one, because definetely very very worthy! Mondays you get to fill your cup amy way you want!
Six out of 10 flavors were out on yummy Monday.Not seeing the point in having a promotion if they’re not going to stock.As usual, the staff was outstanding!It was very disappointing that 6 out of the 10 yogurt dispensers were completely out.April 22,2024,6:40pm

The manager was unbelievably rude. He followed me and my friends around the store, and practically yelled at my friend for using the bathroom because you apparently can only use the bathroom if you buy a yogurt. She was on her period and desperately needed to use the bathroom and he as a man completely dismissed that and was incredibly mean to each one of us.
