The manager was unbelievably rude. He followed me and my friends around the store, and practically yelled at my friend for using the bathroom because you apparently can only use the bathroom if you buy a yogurt. She was on her period and desperately needed to use the bathroom and he as a man completely dismissed that and was incredibly mean to each one of us.

I went there a few years ago with my wife for our anniversary. The sales associate was rude. We never came ever since. The low reviews were well warranted. I’d spend my money elsewhere…this place was, is, and will always be a waste of money.

Been coming here for years now and I really love the place despite the prices they have. My daughter and her friends went in, there were about 6 of them. 5 out of the 6 purchased their cups while one kid in their group was doing "samples". I am all for discipline and I even offered to pay for this kid but she refused. Anyways, the manage or owner, got so mad at the kid in front of her friends asking her "is this what you are only getting?" "Are you going to buy anything? If not throw those away!". I was already far from the group when this happened and I was really tempted to go and talk to the old man. But he already went inside and I don't want to further humiliate the kid. I don't think the small amount she samples will ever make a dent on how much they make from their overpriced items. Never ever going to this Menchies again.

manager did not allow me to purchase anything. i walked in and was deciding what to order when he said “if you aren’t going to buy anything, get out”.
RUDE SERVICE ;I went in and tried some samples but ultimately wasn’t convinced by any of the flavors to buy anything so we made our way out. On our way out a man abruptly stops us and explains that if you have a sample you have to buy something (a policy that we were unaware of, and I think it’s a bit ridiculous to try and force people to buy a product they may not want) so we explained our experience and he continued to confront us and with attitude said “you SEEMED to like it”, a very uncalled for comment that made us all very uncomfortable. Needless to say we will not be going back as he’s created a hostile environment, that is no way to run a business

It’s fun and delicious. It’s also very simple as everything is charged by weight, no matter what topping you get. They got a little kids area too. And their spoons are too cute to throw away.

Iam a frozen yogurt person.. when I went there yesterday I saw yogurts were dripping mostly very shabby then I went to the toppings side surprisingly all toppings were overloaded and packed in sep plastic boxesEven I don't want it so much o have to forcefully rake huge box to mix it! Ichecked the cashier why these are huge boxes of jellys rather I want only one or 2 peices , she suggested whatever u want to use and rest u can throw it! Very Rude answer ' why would I pay for something which I don't want too much then throw that also, I end up paying $14.40 for a half cup of yogurt and 5 toppings
