DAIRY FREE OPTIONS!!!! As a family with dairy intolerant members this is a great option. The dairy free cheese is actually pretty good. The salads are good and fresh with lots of toppings. So far have not been disappointed in anything we have ordered.

Mod used to be great. I was excited when I saw Mod find its way to Texas. Unfortunately, they are not what they used to be, and that's almost entirely due to a sharp decline in quality. The last 3 or 4 trips have been the same. Tough dough. Or enormous bubbles that leave large voids on top of the pie. Or severely shrinking dough. It's like this pizza place has lost the ability to proof dough. I'm left with the feeling that either the employees are not trained well enough to recognize a problem or they simply do not care. Either way, I think I'm finished with mod.

Can’t say anything about atmosphere, but was an online order, 20 minutes late. One pie had a missing topping, whatever, that happens. However the other two were absolutely wrong. Not close to being what was ordered. I’d say don’t order online. They apparently don’t know how to read.

Used to be decent establishment but now when I go in there staff are useless and unwilling to do their job and serve people. They just talk to each and always have their AirPods in! There's usually only 1 person who's really working. I had to walk out because I'd waited so long to be addressed. Extremely disappointing for a place with good food!

The pizza and wings I ordered from this place were severely undercooked, making it the worst I've had in years. Sadly, it's my first and final time ordering from them.The crust was so raw, I could practically make a taco out of it!Detter off sticking with Domino's pizza.

Awesome pizza! My first time here to pick up pizza at my sisters suggestion. Thin crust was nice, crispy enough to not fold or break while driving (yes I carefully snuck a piece on the way home due to traffic). The amount of sauces, cheeses and toppings was perfect. I will be back. (Allen location)
