Always great pizza b4 but not this time.. barely cooked and soggy wet top and bottom. If i was manager I'd reassess whomever was boxing pizza early afternoon Nov 20...

Best Italian restaurant in DFW. Authentic and the customer service is amazing. They treat everyone like family no matter if you’ve been coming here for years or if it’s your first time. Homey environment and the food is always tasting good. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl my parents would order it all the time it was a childhood staple. I now come here as an adult with my boyfriend and bring friends. Nothing about this place has changed. They have kept the same friendly environment and great food all these years!! Nothing but love for this place.

We have been loyal customers of Napolis (Allen) for over 10 years. The food is great and their service is excellent. We had an issue with our delivery order and Timmy stepped up and made it right all around, without hesitation. Best pizza and service. They will not disappoint.

Napoli’s in Allen was amazing. The food was fresh and full of flavor, and the service was friendly and quick. The people here are amazing, and the cozy atmosphere makes it even better. Definitely one of the best Italian spots in town I’ll be back for sure.
