We went today with 4 young kids and 4 adults. We were treated like royalty! Food was delicious, owner brought out a complimentary slice of chocolate cake for my 4 year old grandson and gave all the kids a quarter for the skittles machine. Our waiter was very polite and accommodating. Our lunch was so delicious and generous in portions. We have been fans of Napoli for years!
Best Italian restaurant in DFW. Authentic and the customer service is amazing. They treat everyone like family no matter if you’ve been coming here for years or if it’s your first time. We have been loyal customers of Napolis (Allen) for over 10 years. The food is great and their service is excellent. We had an issue with our delivery order and Timmy stepped up and made it right all around, without hesitation. Best pizza and service. They will not disappoint.
