My experience with Sophia at Nothing But Bundt wasn’t very pleasant. While she was welcoming and conversational with the gentleman before me, her customer service with me felt very short, dry, and uninviting. She initially told me they just needed to frost a cake but didn’t explain how long that would take until I specifically asked. Once she mentioned it would be about 20 minutes, I decided to change my mind on the type of cake.
What stood out to me most was that she offered the customer before me information about leaving a review but did not mention it to me at all. Overall, the interaction felt inconsistent and took away from what should have been a positive experience.

Picked out a cake, they said they just needed to ice it. I asked if they could only put icing on one half. She said no they have to ice the whole thing. 🤨 she said all iced or not iced at all. How strange is that??

They were super accommodating. Dorsa (I'm sorry if I misspelled that) helped me & she was nice & efficient. There was a slight hiccup with my order but they quickly made up for it & then some! Great customer service (: Grace was quick & helpful on the phone, too!

The service in Allen went down the hill. I remembered the service was top notch but now the girls there are so unfriendly and looks like they hate their jobs. First, they could not find my order that I placed online to pick up. Additionally, I wanted to order another bundt cake since it was a new flavor and they were not saying anything, it was very transactional and blah. They didn't care to greet, smile or just be helpful!
I can't get enough of these little bundtlets of joy.

Had bad experience before in this location.Ordered a dozen of cake but fall and lost 4 of them. At beginning they keep telling me they can only sale these cake in pack.But a gentleman from the back come out and offered help, we are really appreciate his help! His kindness definitely is the reason that we will coming back.
