I received an email for the Mesquite Grilled Trio starting at $10.99. Sounds like a great deal. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! The chicken was the size of my fingernail and the soft taco shell was cold, rubbery and tough. The picture was what made me want to order this; but, I did not get anything near what the picture looks like. Look at the pictures. TERRIBLE!!

Been few min since I've parked myself at an OTB table to make a meal of their set-the-bar chips and salsa but the Allen location took me back to the days when quality mattered. Enchiladas were perfect , Manager walked the floor to check on patrons (key to success!) Putting OTB back on my list ?

We had the enchiladas. They were adequate but nothing special. Some of the chips tasted burnt while others seemed stale. The service was good. This is the first trip to OTB in a while and remember the food being excellent so we left a little disappointed.

Just ordered from Uber eat and got the brisket Quesadilla, but where is the brisket though it should named jalapeno and onion quesadilla , was disappointed about how little they put in it taste is ok but man where is the brisket
Sat for over an hour without food. To find out they hadn't even started the food with all their managers not working together. We also were not the only ones with the issue. Our waitress suggested we go somewhere else due to nit even knowing when we would get our food.

Our waitress was amazing. Only positive thing I can say about my 1pm experience on sunday 3/17/24 We waited 90 mins for 2 chimichangas and flatuas before giving up and leaving.
