Food portions seem to be ridiculous here. I’m seeing multiple reviews saying that, and I agree. To give perspective, I weigh 175lb, and it would take me probably $40 worth to actually be full here, possibly more. The taste does not justify paying what I paid. Save your money and go somewhere worth it; it won’t be hard to find something more justifiable to eat for $25 over this, I promise.
Nice place. Decent food

Came for the first time and the last,we came to celebrate my friends birthday and we dint know that they have a time limited to be there. And we were told that need to leave ..we where party of about 15 people, so if you whant to come may be check how much time you have to eat there ….NOT COMING BACK FOR SURE waitress 10 but management 0000 so rude for a place like this
My family and I have frequented this restaurant for over 15 years. We usually eat at the NorthPark location, but decided to take a chance on the Allen location for my Mom’s birthday this year. We had a large party, for which we reserved a week in advance. The food was great our server was attentive, and did a remarkable job!
The only problem with the night was when John the manager came to our table and began to take plates out of the way, at first we thought “great out of the way” then he came back again and in a rude way said “you folks need to wrap it up because we have other parties to sit”. I understand that there are more parties, but the way you approach people matters, and at the end of the night I am a paying customer, trying to enjoy a special night. Don’t rush me out.
We had arrived at 5:30pm and waited for the whole party to show. Food was served by 6:30 and by 7ish he was telling us to “wrap it up”.
My family was very disappointed with the treatment he gave us. I expressed some frustration when exiting and fortunately Kenny a manager approached me and asked what was wrong. I explained the situation to him and he made an attempt at getting John to explain himself and apologize for how he came off, but no. Kenny apologized for John since he wasn’t a big enough person to do it himself.
Anyways, this place did a great job with promoting Kenny because people like John will ruin 15 years of great experiences in a heartbeat.
Thank you Kenny for being attentive and caring. Hoping to continue to make more great memories alongside my family at this place in the future, and hoping Kenny is there or moves on up the ladder! Can’t say much for John though.

Can’t pack a simple to go order.
I've ordered from this location several times. I always get it delivered. I've had it from several locations around the country and the Allen Texas location is by far the worst. My favorite dish would be the Mongolian beef. Simple tastey, or should be. When I order it from this location the portions are always small, especially small for the price. The dish I get never has enough sauce or flavor that I had all across the country. Now the shrimp fried rice is pretty good. I add a little sugar to it but that is personal preference. I just don't know why the portions are so much smaller and less tasty than in other parts of the country when the prices are higher. Oh well. I guess most people don't get that opportunity to compare. I just wish we got better food from this location. I guess it is better that I don't because I would order it more often, ad it is quite expensive.

So disappointed with how this place handles the food. We ordered a togo tray of crab fried rice, there was a sticker tag on the one of the pieces of bell pepper.

Their seasonal lobster dumplings are the best. Salmon rice bowl is average. We also tried hot and sour soup and Singapore noodles which were good.

Our dining experience at P.F. Chang’s was truly one of a kind thanks to Jimmy. From the moment we sat down, he set the tone with warm energy, attention to detail, and genuine care. He checked in at the perfect moments, made great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly as we wanted.
Jimmy didn’t just serve our table—he elevated the entire experience. His professionalism, personality, and top-tier service made our night memorable. If you’re dining here, ask for Jimmy. He’ll take great care of you.

It's been a while since I dined in here. They're had been a massive change (not good) previously @ year or so ago. I am VERY happy to announce that they have returned to positive form. Food was Fresh and NOT Frozen. New items. New portion options. Great Service and a new GM/John who is leading by example. Our server Lee was attentive and nice. My lovely wife and I were very pleased! 💯

It was ok, usually the food really is great but yesterday it was just ok. The flavors just didn't really hit like that usually do with the chicken.
Jimmy was amazing!!!! He was so attentive and accommodating for my gluten free diet. He deserves all the praise. Best server we had in a long time!
