Rude evening shift lady. Went at 10:00 says their open until 10:30 on google. Lady looked at me through the door and just ignored me. I get it you’re closed but at least give me the human decency to tell me that after I drove over there instead of ignoring me. Ended up going to PF changs Instead. Ended up costing about the same and was much tastier anyway.

One of the busiest Panda Express restaurants in Allen and surrounding areas. Across the street from City Allen and Police Department. They serve a sn fresh cooked teriyaki chicken and beef broccoli. Many take out orders came in and out at this location. There are money are easy to read and price are very reasonable. I like the quality of food and service here. The grilled chicken always run out fast as they made it constantly. Panda Express has one of the best teriyaki sauce in business. I recommend their famous orange chicken, beef broccoli and grilled teriyaki chicken for sure. The restaurant is clean and organized. Plenty of space. No complaints. Come by for quick lunch or dinner with family and friends. Big shout to the chefs and all staff including Ms. Violet, Ana and Kevin for their great service. I really enjoyed your customer service. My coworkers and I came here often. We had a good time and experience. Highly recommend for visitors or Panda Express lovers. 🥠

Second time I’ve came here and 1st time they treated a couple poorly and was very low on the portions so the couple left, (at that point I should have took the hint) this time I come and they have a new chicken I’ve never seen I asked can I sample it before I spend my hard earned money they say they don’t do samples I’ve never been to a Chinese restaurant that expects you to buy their product that you have never tried, when I can just go to another place that will gladly do so! I only go to Panda Express once in a blue moon cause my son likes it but I will never spend a dime in that establishment again horrible service in my opinion!
