Portions are a joke. The beijing beef I got today was hardly any meat - it was like the tiny pieces off the bottom of a pan. Very disappointed. Not anything like it used to be. I’ve been there a few times recently and certain items aren’t ready. Wait 10 minutes. Come on Panda. Do better!

Had to wait over 10 minutes as they were attending drive thru. Once I finally got someone the kids portions were beyond small. Literally two small pieces of beef and a little broccoli.We usually goto the one off 75 n Spring Creek so I am familiar with Panda’s portions and never seen it this small.I asked if my kid could get some more as plate is half empty. She literally put one extra broccoli and said kids meal are smaller. Keep in mind that this is the “cub meal” packet. So it’s not the regular.They were busy but still not any reason to be neglected while patiently waiting and attending drive thru and then the smallest portions I’ve seen. Total was still $15 for two kids. SMH

I ordered the honey want shrimp with sweet fire chicken. Both were hot (temperature) but soggy so I know that it wasn’t fresh.

Terrible service. They are rude and super lazy. They stop serving food when they are open still and plenty of time left. I came in 30mins before closing and nothing was available. They were lazy to make food. I’ll never go here again.

I ordered with the Panda Express application 30 minutes in advance. When I arrived my order was not even started and I was asked to wait another 20 minutes. Sine it was made through the application, there was no possibility to cancel order.

They have 3 entrees to choose from and can’t cook more because they are cleaning early since they close in an hour. Serve your customers till you close then clean. That’s business 101

I observed Andi, a lady along with her coworkers, engaging in unsanitary practices such as picking their noses and using their hands to stir rice, prior to switching to a spoon when they noticed my presence. When I confronted Andi about her conduct, she denied any wrongdoing and even accused me of being rude. However, I informed her that I would report it to the city, and her tone changed. She quickly went back inside and closed the door. Avoid these places.Gross.
