French onion soup was very poor. Greek salad bland, could barely taste if there was dressing on it. Food at this place is, at best, bland and uninteresting. What stood out was the constant YELLING out of customers' names when their order was ready: Crude--Obnoxious-- and unsavory. I think people must come here only for the fairly nice VISUAL atmosphere. I cannot ever come back.

I place an online order and it had 2 items missing, there is a reason why people do a pickup, lock of time and having to come back for missing items is not an option sometimes. I would not use this service in the future, it is not acceptable. I should not have to go back to a place that is not taking their job seriously

Got an avocado toast this morning that was absolutely delicious. Customer service was great, I didn’t grab the cashiers name but she was super sweet. Will definitely make this my lil breakfast stop when I need a treat!!!

Worst decisions by Panera: 86 the gluten free cookie and olive oil. Reduce quality of chicken. Put iceberg lettuce in the salads. Banana is no longer a side item. All dressings are inflammatory.

Stopped in this morning and tried the new Green Goddess Avocado and the Mixed Berry Parfait — both were really fresh and tasty. The cashier Lorena was super friendly, and the place was clean and well-organized, service was fast. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to this store to order a sandwich and soup and chose the Frontega Chicken. I requested sourdough bread because my stomach wasn’t feeling great, and I’ve heard sourdough is easier to digest. However, when I opened my order, I noticed the bread was not sourdough. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would appreciate more attention to special requests in the future.
Update Bathrooms are disgusting and I'm pretty sure that's the smell you smell when walking in the door. I shouldn't have to prove a sip cup drink order to receive my cup you should just be putting the cup out on knocking the order off your screen only once the cup is picked up already. Very simple.

Not sure why the low rating but I rather here than Jason Deli they were prejuand rude over there. Love the energy and attentive attitude of the staff here. Amanda is amazing and very patient. This location needs to keep up the great work and encourage employees to be consistent in their greatness because it deserves 5 stars. Food is delicious and fresh looking. The team always has a How can I be of assistance attitude. The older Brown shorter lady with glasses. The brown taller younger girls and the food preparation team. Everyone nice and helpful. Amanda is awesome and catered to my allergies and details. You rock. Thx.
Vegetarian options: Tomato basil bread is gluten and vegan friendly. They have salad n veggies n hummus.. they also detail every nutritional ingredients on website . Just ask for a manager and they get it rt every time.

Parking: Try their natural drinks. Just ask for a sample but all of it is delicious.
Horrible service. food tastes horrible Sandwiches were even when ordering toasted ones. Soups did not have any taste they were bland and warm. Asked for chips instead they give bread. Went there twice and both times it was bad. Not sure if it’s Panera altogether or just this location.

Received an extremely underwhelming garden caprese. All bread and hardly any tomato and almost no cheese. If this is their new recipe, they should go back to the old one. Had I received this in store, I would have complained. This was a huge disappointment. I’d recommend never ordering from this location online.
