Never order from this place. You probably wont get your food. I placed a order for delivery and never got it. Second time its happened. When I called in to ask what was going on with my order the guy on the phone was completely in competent. I asked about my order and the guy asked the driver about it and he said he delivered, but obviously not. It pains me to write about this place to poorly I love Papa Johns and this place has done me well in the past. Recently just hasnt held itself up. Will gladly order to much higher quality pizza places next time

I tried this place because other places like Pizza Hut in Allen Texas where I live the Pizza Hut close to me has very very poor service so I tried Papa John's and turned out I'll be going back

The worst Papa John’s we’ve ever ordered from. Pizza has been consistently undercooked, despite us requesting well done. Today, we place an order at 4:30 for 6:30 delivery. No pizza at 6:30. Or 7:00. Or 7:30. We called at 7:00 and were told “we’re busy.” Called back at 7:30 to cancel and were told “okay I’ll cancel it.” That’s it. No apology. Nothing.

Not sure if it’s pizza store every papa John’s is the same way. But the pizza is horrible. Usually the crust is around the edges in a pizza but here in this store they come in atleast 1/4 of the pizza. Horrible. If you don’t like the crust then almost a fourth of pizza is gone to trash. I like little crust but not so much. Asked the store a couple of times and they say it should not happen. But last few times I tried it’s the same.

Every time I come in Zoe is always the sweetest! You can really tell she cares about her job, and to the ones leaving with hot pizza! This is my favorite location specifically because of her!

Made an order to go for one large pizza at 11:30. Received a notice that it was out for delivery and will arrive at 12:00. Then a new notice comes through saying someone from Door Dash would deliver by 12:30. The order arrives at 12:27 and is stone cold. Will not order from this place again.

Wings aren't great and had no sauce. Pizza was good, hot and well topped. Don't get the wings.
Terribly disappointed. Cold pizza, not sliced, and dropped off on porch when I did not request contactless delivery. Called and complained and spoke to the manager who told me this was "very helpful" information. Seriously? Very disappointing.

This is a pizza joint. Best to stick to pizza when ordering. I made the mistake of trying the "boneless wings," and holy moly. If I wanted... this... I would've microwaved some Great Value nuggets and drizzle them with a tiny bit of sauce on my own, thanks.Even the horrendous chicken aside, Domino's has better deals; their equivalent of the "pairings" deal, for example, is for 2-topping pizzas, not just one.
