The whole place has gone downhill since the new owner took over and it just keeps getting worse. The pizza selection is minimal snd now they don't even measure the ingredients when putting the pizza together. We've had pizza with very little toppings to pizza with so much cheese that a bite balls up in your mouth and almost choked you. We'll just get our pizza from Italian Villa.

This WAS a great spot, but the past couple of years it has gone from a 5* to a one. I can only assume it has had a change in ownership and management as unfortunately the employees are just not well selected, nor trained as they have NO sense of customer service or caring for the survival of the business as shown by their obvious disappointment at being disturbed any time a customer comes in and the fact that they stop taking orders and close 30‐60 minutes early nearly every day. Sad, as it was a go-to for us for years. However, every time we try to come back to try again it falls flat, or has closed early once again.

Dayjohn is the nicest guy I've ever encountered in the food industry. I had just left work on New year's day after an 11 hour shift. He had just closed the store down early because business was really slow. Here I come to the door and he immediately opened up and made pizza for my family. I was so grateful. I'm glad for the opportunity of being served by this young man that night. He has a true heart for the people of the community. Thanks

I entered into the establishment, and I had forgotten to put my mask on before entering. Before I had the chance to say hello, I hear a young blonde girl from across the room ask me if I had a mask. The irony? She didn’t have one on herself! So my response was yes do you? She had rolled her eyes and proceeded to put hers on.After she had taken our order, she peeked her head towards the back of house and had asked one of the boys in the back to make our pizzas. The boy was busy, and had asked her to make our pizzas. She said “I don’t want to make them” and they went back and fourth loud enough for us to hear. Finally, after losing the verbal battle, she proceeded to make our pizzas and told us “this is going to take a while”.She had her mask half way on her face, she coughed on her elbow, and proceeded to keep touching our pizzas. I had expressed my discomfort at what I had just witnessed. The only response she could muster was “fine”; but not without a healthy dose of attitude.All in all, the pizzas didn’t seem to be worth this unprofessional, dramatic scene of events. At one point I thought Ashton Kutcher was about to pop around a corner.Hopefully the pizza is good!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This is the second time I have attempted to go to the papa Murphy’s near my house in Plano! The kids working here are rude and completely unprofessional. They act like it’s a burden to make your pizza. I usually drive to the papa Murphy’s on Coit because I dread dealing with these kids attitudes. Unfortunately, tonight I was tired after working and decided to try it again. The girl didn’t want to serve us! She requested another employee help us and he flat out refused. She didn’t wash her hands, she kept the same gloves on after handling unclean surfaces. I’ll never go back!
I have ordered from this Papa Murphy's now for several years. Each time we order I am so excited to get it home and pop it in the oven. Our family loves fresh pizza with a ton of toppings. I have to say Papa Murphys is so generous with the ingredients and the freshness of them veggies are consistently perfect! The tastiest, freshest, most generous with toppings pizza in Allen!!!! We finally found the best pizza in Allen!

Placed an online order for curbside pickup and was told to call when I arrived so it will be brought out. I arrived and called immediately with no answer. I proceeded to call 3 more times with no response. I went in to the store and there was a rack of prepared pizzas with receipts underneath. I proceeded to ask if I can just take my order and nobody responded. In went ahead and took my order. I had also given a tip when I placed the order. Not sure what the tip was for because I received zero customer service.

last night was our first time we came to that good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We had a good time with the generous service, with the great food and booze and with the honest pay. We will surely return there in a short time.

I love Papa Murphy's. Randomly stopped in tonight and waited 40 minutes. Poor kid working was the only one staffed and apparently had been like this since 4pm. Mind you it is now 8pm on a Saturday night...
