Omg ? I love their cookies they are the best my favorites are the oatmeal and lemon zest you must try them and their staff are great too!!!
Went today for lunch and was very disappointed. This used to be a great place to go but it has seriously declined. You cannot go down the line to order food anymore. It’s all closed off with chairs. It actually looks closed. The restaurant was blaring rap music - I could barely think! The music certainly did not make the clientele happy - two tables of older ladies. Then went to get our drinks and they had run out of ICE! Really! We had to ask them to change the music so we could eat our lunch in peace. So sad bc we used to really like going here.
I just tried the California turkey sandwich and it is fabulous! So many great flavors, textures and seasoning happening in this sandwich. I highly recommend it.
This almost $12 tiny salad barely had a bite or two of chicken. I asked when they brought it out where this chicken was, oh, there's a little piece right there, after digging through it, and the person walked off walked off. Really disappointed they skimped on the protein. The rest of the salad was delicious. For almost $12, I'd go elsewhere from now on.
One word: PATHETIC.Visited here while shopping in Allen. This used to be a great place for a nice lunch and I absolutely LOVED their chicken-walnut salad sandwich. However, when we went in, you couldn't go down the line and select your sandwich, soup, sides, etc. Everything was closed and they had one little area for you to order. It was like a take-out window. The food was so-so. The servings were really skimpy. They used to put a LOT of chicken salad in their sandwiches, but not anymore. It seems like they're just waiting to go out of business.
Do Not Eat Here. It is filthy! I don't believe the floors have been washed in over a year. Our shoes stuck to the floor. Tables were sticky. Chairs broken. As was the soda fountain machine. The eggs were rubbery. Could not eat. The windows...filthy. thank goodness we left our uneaten food and ran. Im betting we'd all have stomach aches or be sitting on porcelain thrones if we would have eaten here. Bathroom...ugh!!! Health score...MASSIVE FAIL!!!
This place looks run down. I walked in and it was empty during brunch hours. At least 3 employees, but no one was cleaning the place. It was messy and the front door is covered in handprints. All the empty tables had crumbs and the floor had debris. The cashier seemed grumpy and staff were not talking to each other. How depressing.
Food was good ?! But the bathrooms were dirty ?.
Extremely disappointed, the BLT had 1 leaf of lettuce. 1 slice of tomato and barely 3 slices of bacon, paper thin. Service was tolerable at best. Definitely need improvement !
Came to this place for brunch, ordered their combo 1/2 sandwich & soup, Broccoli cheddar soup is must try thing, you would love it, they serve a Cookie in the combo and it was good. Nice ambiance, courteous staff, quantity is less compared to $. Overall it's good experience.

The walnut chicken sandwich is great. Place is clean staff are great
I actually would give this a 1 1/2. I ordered a traditional turkey sandwich, but I just threw the second half away. Not only was the bread stale, but my husband requests VERY LIGHT mayonnaise and no mustard on the sandwich, but not only could I taste mayonnaise with every bite, but some oozed on on my sandwich. That is NOT very light! My husband ordered the grilled cheese, it was around $9, but he said the two cheese sticks he ate prior to that (we purchased at the grocery store,) were better than the grilled cheese sandwich he just ordered from there. He also said for approximately $9, he expected more cheese ? and bacon ? in his sandwich. For $22, I expected quality sandwiches, we didn’t even order chips with them. We live in a very small town and our coffee shop massively exceeds what we got today in quality at the Paradise Bakery Sandwich Shop. I definitely feel like we wasted our money and NEVER plan on going there again.
Veggie omelet was awesome! Tons of muffins. Good prices.
Rafael was very rude. It was our first time with my daughter so she was trying to decide and he got very rude very quick. Kept trying to rush us from ordering. When asked for a water cup he ignored us. After the fifth time asking, he snapped at us and said “over there!” And pointed to the drink station. We didn’t know you could get water cups “over there” overall very rude person.
I am visiting from out of town. I ordered a Rancho omelet. When it arrived it was cold. I took it back and the microwaved it instead of making a new one. This is basically a $10 dollar omelet. Also it was supposed to come with enchilada sauce with garlic sour cream. It did not have that. When I asked for those ingredients they said they were out. My thoughts are: if you know youdon't have those items, shouldn't I have been informed while ordering this omelet so that the customer can make a more informed decision? So basically this was an omelet with black beans, chili and cheese. Did I mention this is $10 dollar omelet. I'm very disappointed with this restaurant and will never return. I am tired of restaurants not providing the service and quality that they advertise and the consumer ultimate pays for and the restaurants continue with the audacity of using COVID as an excuse. The prices are higher and the quality is lower.
