Went today for lunch and was very disappointed. This used to be a great place to go but it has seriously declined. You cannot go down the line to order food anymore. It’s all closed off with chairs. It actually looks closed. The restaurant was blaring rap music - I could barely think! The music certainly did not make the clientele happy - two tables of older ladies. Then went to get our drinks and they had run out of ICE! Really! We had to ask them to change the music so we could eat our lunch in peace. So sad bc we used to really like going here.

I usually order on Yelp and pick up. I love this place, they always have my food ready and I'm in love with their Asian chicken salad! Customer services is superb as they greet everyone upon entering.

I just tried the California turkey sandwich and it is fabulous! So many great flavors, textures and seasoning happening in this sandwich. I highly recommend it.

This almost $12 tiny salad barely had a bite or two of chicken. I asked when they brought it out where this chicken was, oh, there's a little piece right there, after digging through it, and the person walked off walked off. Really disappointed they skimped on the protein. The rest of the salad was delicious. For almost $12, I'd go elsewhere from now on.

One word: PATHETIC.Visited here while shopping in Allen. This used to be a great place for a nice lunch and I absolutely LOVED their chicken-walnut salad sandwich. However, when we went in, you couldn't go down the line and select your sandwich, soup, sides, etc. Everything was closed and they had one little area for you to order. It was like a take-out window. The food was so-so. The servings were really skimpy. They used to put a LOT of chicken salad in their sandwiches, but not anymore. It seems like they're just waiting to go out of business.

I love going during my lunch break from work and it's so close to me I don't mind the short distance drive ! Love their cookies and fruit. The workers always maintain their place nice and clean, who doesn't like that plus their attitudes are always friendly and welcoming.

Do Not Eat Here. It is filthy! I don't believe the floors have been washed in over a year. Our shoes stuck to the floor. Tables were sticky. Chairs broken. As was the soda fountain machine. The eggs were rubbery. Could not eat. The windows...filthy. thank goodness we left our uneaten food and ran. Im betting we'd all have stomach aches or be sitting on porcelain thrones if we would have eaten here. Bathroom...ugh!!! Health score...MASSIVE FAIL!!!

This place looks run down. I walked in and it was empty during brunch hours. At least 3 employees, but no one was cleaning the place. It was messy and the front door is covered in handprints. All the empty tables had crumbs and the floor had debris. The cashier seemed grumpy and staff were not talking to each other. How depressing.

I was shopping in the area today and decided I wanted to grab some cookies. I googled the nearest bakery to grab a box of cookies to take home and Paradise popped up. I've never been to this restaurant before but decided to try it as the closest option. Since I knew I was grabbing the cookies to go, I entered the business at 7:55 pm with 5 minutes to close. I know... cutting it pretty close but nonetheless they were technically still open. My son, a teenager, went in ahead of me to review which cookies were available and as I entered behind him, the girl behind the counter was lecturing him that they were going to close and he needed to hurry up. I entered the conversation and asked "what's going on? Did my son do something wrong?" She said "no, but we can't serve you, we have 4 minutes to close" with her hand showing 4 fingers, extended in our faces. I explained that we were just grabbing cookies to go, it shouldn't take four minutes to box them up and pay, would it? She said "I didn't know that's what he wanted." To which my son responded, "you didn't even ask me what I wanted, you just started telling me that you couldn't serve me." So... first and last time to visit this place and you better believe I didn't buy a gd thing.

Extremely disappointed, the BLT had 1 leaf of lettuce. 1 slice of tomato and barely 3 slices of bacon, paper thin. Service was tolerable at best. Definitely need improvement !

Came to this place for brunch, ordered their combo 1/2 sandwich & soup, Broccoli cheddar soup is must try thing, you would love it, they serve a Cookie in the combo and it was good. Nice ambiance, courteous staff, quantity is less compared to $. Overall it's good experience.
