I'm surprised at the last bad review. It must have been 1 bad apple because seeing how hands on Kenyori, the manager is, that doesn't sound acceptable. My son and I went in yesterday and Taion took our order and was very nice. My son got a high five meat pizza with the thicker crust, which was cooked perfectly and loaded with toppings he wanted. I got a half apple pecan salad with chicken that was delicious. Kenyori, made me a fresh salad even though they had one ready to go, . This is my favorite location. I wish this team was in Frisco at our Pie Five. :)

There was a man with very short dark brown hair who gave the absolute worst service to me, being rude and talking to me as if I was under him. Not only that, but he was messing around with coworkers and yelling, almost ignoring me the whole time. I have never experienced worse than this before. If I had a name, I would recommend him gone.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The place was dirty, and the staff was unprofessional, spending most of their time on their phones and showing absolutely no respect for the customers. I witnessed an employee loudly insulting a customer who had waited for over thirty minutes, simply because the customer interrupted her phone conversation. Quality service is worth paying for, and unfortunately, this restaurant doesn't seem to value it. I won’t be returning to this location or chain. Shame!

This location was very dirty. The staff was RUDE! My family and I were hungry, so I tried to ignore the fact that they were having issues with the other customers who were waiting for their pizza. But when she was getting my pizza, she dropped it and said she would have to start over. I tried to tell her no thank you, but she was too busy talking on her phone, so I had to ask a little louder. I told her I just wanted a refund, and she told me she did not know how to do that. I told her that someone here should know how to process a refund, but there was no one and no manager who should be reached. She became very disrespectful, yelling and laughing at me and my husband. I should not be surprised as the customer before me had to tell her she was rude and that if she didn't like her job to get a new one. Needless to say, I wanted to let everyone else know about my experience, and I will not be returning except to talk with the manager.

We walked in around 635pm and saw almost every single chair up on the tables. The young lady who took our order did not greet us or ask what we would like, we just got a blank stare. Staff is unrecognizable from the paying patrons, no name tags, no shirts, just random assortment of graphic tees. We went to find a table and started pulling chairs down (as there was no other visible option for seating), and we were promptly told by one of the workers (again had no idea if he was a worker or not) that the table we were trying to use was closed for the night. Now on to the pizza. This is a low budget Mod Pizza and the same price while getting less pizza. There is no reason the pizza should be as flimsy as a New York style pizza when it is (at best) a 10” pizza.
When we left at 705, we were the only table with chairs down. The young worker quickly came by and put the chairs up so no one could eat in the restaurant the rest of the evening.
Overall, not worth it. Mod Pizza just down Stacy has better options and their customer service is much better. Only reason we tried this place was because of a coupon. Thankfully we didn’t spend full price for the two of us.

I have no idea who is managing this place but it seems like no one is managing it at all. Do they even care who they hire? I walked in and no one greeted me. Finally someone asked what I wanted - no smile no greeting, just a blank robot of a stare. The pizza had barely any cheese - much less than usual. And the pizza I ordered was supposed to come with basil on it. When I asked where the basil is, she said they are out. They never told me this before. I may not have ordered it if all the ingredients weren’t available. I won’t be coming back - at least for a while, until there is new management and new staff. (I also witnessed them ignoring another customer who walked in and stood there for 3 minutes while they chatted by the kitchen. They knew he was there. They just ignored him.) This was truly horrible service and the management should be ashamed. It also doesn’t help that the place was filthy.

Went in to order 2 lady's that were working were really rude. Not to mention I needed to order a second pizza she walked away. Staff is horrible this is the second time staff was rude I will not be back. Food is good but not that good to put up with horrible attitudes and looked like they threw something on and came to work. If you are not happy with your job or whatever do not take it out on your customers. Bad customer service management needs to address staffing attitudes there.

The shop closes at 9 and we had made our order around 8:40. We offered to pay cash but we were still given an attitude. When we asked for the name of the manager, he refused to identify himself.
Luckily there was a lady working in the back who advised us that the manager Dino has been unnecessarily rude to customers all day, apologized for his actions and did right by us. Unfortunately we were not able to get the lady's name but its very clear who should be in charge of handling customers.
I understand its frustrating to have customers come in towards end of day, but you are in the service industry and have to treat your customers appropriately.
