Late, overcooked, no utensils and toppings slid off pizza. I can deal with the order being a little late, not a big deal. Went to eat my pasta, in my hotel room, and they didnt give me the plastic fork they normally provide. Not like I have that on hand.... used my room key to eat it and it was crunchy and over cooked. Not even covered... Pizza toppings all slid to one side of pizza, it was luke warm and also over cooked. Pretty disappointing... Thanks Pizza Hut...

STAY AWAY from this location!!!
They will literally not tell you when they don't have something even if you order over the phone. They will not call & instead send "something close" just to take your money. The manager will refuse to speak with you & they will refuse to give you a refund.
What they will do is instead tell you that you will be given a store credit - and no, it cannot be used at another Pizza Hut location.
If you dare ask what do I do to make sure it is applied to the next order or what's the process to make sure the next person taking my order uses that credit, you will be met with a dismissive "you just have to trust us."
When I pushed about how hard it is to believe that given my experience the person on the other side of the phone said people trust them. They had someone come back today to use their store credit because they "trust them." Apparently this is something they do often.
Pizza Hut is there really no other way fix this. I tried talking to a manager to which I was told they was a few of them in at the moment. When the person on the phone said they asked the manager, I asked if he asked all of them. He said no, he asked the main manager. When I asked to speak with that manager I was told no.
I can't believe I'm dealing with a bait & switch on pizza today.

I places an order for pickup on a stuffed crust pizza, once I'm getting there I get a call saying they don't have stuffed crust no more. I really thought of leaving to Domino's as but I was there already so I came in to check what they had . Picked a hand toss pizza. It was ok but nothing like the stuffed crust 😢 I had never had other pizza from Pizza Hut but stuffed crust definitely only sticking to that one . It would of been nice to get a discount for the inconvenience though 😆 but nothing. And I know is not the kids fault. So Is all good
I pre-placed my order for 6pm. Received it at 6:50pm. All food is cold and dried out. The sauces I had to pay extra for were all busted open. The 20 oz Dr. Pepper was inside the bag with the food so it was the only hot thing delivered. They offered $5 credit for next time I order which I will not be using. Worst experience.

I will never visit this store again. I had terrible customer service, but how can you blame the single employee working at the store? One person is not supposed to do everything just because you are not that busy. Maybe you are not that busy because when people actually go there, the one person takes forever to take your order and to make your food. They are on a bad mood because they are understaffed; so people like me would not come back. It's sad because my kids love Pizza Hut. Luckily, there are many other locations without all these issues.

Called to ask regarding their Christmas Eve hours and was rudely told “it’s Christmas, we’re not open” and hung up immediately!! Unnecessarily rude for no reason. Their website clearly states hours differ by location for Christmas Eve. There was no need to be rude or hang up the phone. Ridiculous customer service.
