Haven't been to this location in years, and I don't think I'll be going back for several more. Went specifically for the wings, and 3 of us ordered them, and we didn't even bother to finish them. They were so bad dried out and tasteless.

Went on a Sunday while the cowboys were playing didn’t have to wait. Our server Cliff was amazing always checking up on us, refilled our drinks quickly and was overall very friendly. I never go anywhere and ask for a specific server but I will at this location.

some days are better than others as far as the service it just depends on the waiter/waitress, overall always a good experience at our local allen location. if there is an issue it always gets corrected pretty timely, love this place. kids eat free tuesday is a great deal as well! love it

It was a night we needed pluckers and pluckers came through! Payton our waitress was such a sweetheart and she was busy , but still very attentive and on top of tables . Bryan the GM was also such a kind pleasure to meet and did his part to help his team with refills or taking food out! Great Customer service can be a rarity but these 2 made sure to provide it. Just wanted to come on here and say what an incredible staff. Most certainly our server . He was more than perfect at what he does. His service was hands down worth coming back again. These wings came out hot and fresh. Thanks for the quick service.

Went here for dinner with my family and some friends. The wings were dry and too hard. My friends burger was very dry. The nachos were weak. Also, the kids cups are dangerous! I opened my daughter’s cup and there were plastic pieces from where the straw goes in my cup and my friends son’s cup. Overall would probably not waste my money here.
This locations is huge and spacious. It feels so open. There’s TVs everywhere so you’re able to get a great view of games. The service has been both good and bad the few times I have been here. The food is always great though!

Amazing wings and the Mac n cheese is phenomenal. Kids meals include 4 nice size wings and a wide variety of sides. Our server, Bailey, was great! Will be back!
