The food at Pluckers was excellent and easily the best part of the visit. Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by the service and wait time. When we arrived, we were told the wait would be about 30 minutes. After those 30 minutes passed, we were told it would be another 20 minutes, but in reality we ended up waiting about 1 hour and 25 minutes before being seated. Delays can happen, but the wait time estimate was very inaccurate. Service was also somewhat slow once we were seated. Another issue was at checkout: instead of bringing an itemized bill, the server brought the handheld ordering device and immediately prompted for payment without clearly showing the bill details first. Customers should have the opportunity to review their charges before paying. Great food, but the long wait time, slow service, and lack of transparency during checkout took away from the overall experience.

First experience as soon my husband and I walked in , hostess took us to a table outside without asking if that spot was good, which it was not following to that, she throw the menus on the table on a rude way and walked away . I asked for a blue moon with a wedge of orange but and michelada, waitress got me the michelada which was ok but blue moon she said the didn’t have oranges which at the beginning I asked her if she had oranges and she yes. Overall not good experience at all . we certainly will not going back to pluckers

Drink orders take forever. You basically have to order, wait 5-10 minutes for your server to show back up, re-ask, and then either follow them to the bar or just get a manager. Wondering why it's worth it? So am I...

Quani was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and she had a bubbly personality. I will definitely be coming back to sit in her section every time!

First time here with no idea what to expect, pretty solid place. I had the mild buffalo tender basket with waffle fries, not bad at all. They ain't playin' around with their buffalo, that was pretty 'picy. The waffle fries were on par with Chick-fil-A, and the dirty soda was good, too. I'll be back again to have me a sammich.
Service and food were excellent!! Updated review - Had dinner with my wife and son last night. This is one of our favorite places and visit often. Food and service are always great but tonight we had the absolote best service we have ever had there. Shout out to our server Kiersten who was great, very attentive and very pleasant. Pluckers is lucky to have her represent them.
Better than I expected so would definitely return when wings or tenders are desired.

My first time here with my sister and brother-in-law. I was not impressed! I couldn’t believe we had a three tall beer minimum. I ordered two tequila shots and the waitress said she had to check with her manager if I could order them because we had the maximum three tall beers. I never been micromanaged at a restaurant and I’m never going back.

When I received my boneless wings, some of them were raw. Asked for a manager and they said he was the GM and was really busy. He never came out to talk to me to and my food was never fixed. I will never be back.
