Haley and Jay, holy cow, these two women made this experience a 10/10. Like not only did I get good food fast and it tasted good, but these girls made it seem so fun and treated us great! Ask for these two and you will have a good time.

This Pluckers location is a straight-up disaster. We ordered takeout and ended up waiting over an hour for food that never even showed up. We were told 15–20 minutes, then after 30 minutes they suddenly “realized” they messed up the order. Meanwhile six employees were literally standing around at the front doing nothing but talking while customers just stood there waiting.
No one cared. No one moved with urgency. No one even pretended to know what they were doing.
We asked for a manager and that turned into another 15-minute wait just to get a simple refund. The whole place runs like nobody there has ever worked a real job. Completely unprofessional, embarrassingly lazy, and absolutely not worth your time. Avoid this location unless you enjoy being disrespected.

We waited 50 minutes for a to-go order that we were originally told would be ready in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I went to get an update and was then informed that the order had been placed incorrectly by the front desk and that it would be out shortly. By the 50-minute mark, we asked to cancel the order, but were told a manager needed to process the cancellation. We then waited another 10 minutes before I had to go find the manager myself just to get assistance and a refund.
The front desk staff did the bare minimum to help and spent most of the time talking at the front desk instead of trying to resolve the issue or communicate updates. We were given a gift card as if we would want to return after this experience. Extremely disappointing service.
