Stay away from this Popeyes they took 45 minutes to make my online order. I only saw only two staff on the floor. The manager was nowhere to be seen.

It is OK for quick bites. They serve value pack for 3 pieces chickens for $5.00 for sale. Not a bad price, but you must buy a soft drink. Value pack is not included drink and side such as mashed potato, biscuits, or salad. I am aways ordering spicy instead original. Somehow New Orleans taste fits in my mouth.

Went through drive thru on a Tuesday night at 1045pm and the order taker said they were closed. When we asked the store operating hours he said they closed at 11pm. They would not serve us and said it was due to having no chicken and closing in 15 minutes. Ended up driving to eldorado and being served. Disappointing service and not even apologetic.

Drive-thru took over 40 minutes. My food was ordered through the app which I normally do. My order was nothing like what I placed. I had a lot of missing items. The chicken I ordered was not even close to my order. I had no side items and I ordered a family meal with sides. The dining room was closed we were planning to eat inside. I ordered wings supposed to be tossed in a sauce wings had no sauce at all. With the dining room close and the drive-thru taken over 30 minutes I refuse to waste even more time trying to get my order right.

Ordered the 10 piece. Got zero breasts, 2 scraggly wings, 2 medium sized legs, 5 thighs and piece of unknown origin. Staff friendly and food, takeaway, came out promptly. No reason to short customers by leaving premium pieces out. SHame on you

I come to this location 30 minutes before closing to order some blackened tenders, which means they would Made fresh. They lied to me telling me they didn’t have any, then preceded to tell me that they didn’t want to cook them because they are about to close … I asked them for a number to call because that’s straight foul, they didn’t want to give me the number. I’ll never come here again.

The people working care little for their work. I specifically order 2 combos. And I specified the sauce twice. When I got home. Guess what’s missing. The entire time the staff were laughing and joking with each other. I get it, a bit of fun at work is called for, but not when it’s come at the expense of the quality of work. This location needs to hire higher quality staff.

Just went through the drive thru and waited an additional 5 minutes to get my sauce while they workers saw me waiving to get their attention and waved back. Super rude. The person at the drive thru told me her name was 'Karen who told me to pay for the sauce. She was extremely rude and indignant. I will not be going back to this location. They always take long and make you wait as if you aren't important.
Chicken was hard and the cheese stick i threw it in the trash.

I came to get a sandwich and mashed potatoes, which after odering in the drivethru i admit my mistake at the window when i wished for no pickles and mayo, not clarifying earlier when ordering. The employee simply took the back, closed the window and made no contact with me at all. Arriving home I got a completely different sandwich which was extremely disappointing.

I will always choose chic fila mac and cheese honestly you get a bang for your buck. I'm disappointed that I ordered a small mac and cheese close to $4 and it was two bites the top layer was thick full of cheese and hardly anything in the container sorry but this is not the best I'm so disappointed.
