Absolutely outstanding! I am never in this area but I needed a bathroom and fast. WTG QT for being above par on cleanliness both inside and outside the store. Not one drop of trash in the parking lot even.

Crofts M is amazing!!! I’d hire him in a heart beat! I walked in and out within 60 seconds because he was multi tasking and checking people out on 2 registers. While someone entered their card on one, he was scanning my purchases. Good kid.

Poor service.2nd time no coffee except 1 out of 8 coffees today. 7:25 this morning, 2 clerks that I saw and 1 person that I saw to cook. I asked the lady checking about coffee and she answered There is no coffee.? There was one coffee carafe out of 8 that had coffee in it. Said she would get it in a minute then kept checking people out. 10 minutes later she still hadn’t made coffee then when asked again she forgot. I left. Don’t have time to wait for someone to decide to do what they should have been doing already. Took picture but can’t get it to transfer over

The employees are so friendly and professional. I was offered free coffee because I had to wait for the restroom to be cleaned, this small gesture of goodwill went a long way. Great place and clean restroom.

Please teach your team to be accountable for what your store makes a mistake on when it comes to pricing. Your store has a sign-up right now that says 2 Icelandic 750ml for $5. The young lady at the cash register charged me $2.89 apiece. I bought this to her attention and her response was "that is the taxes". She was missed informed, you don't get charged taxes for water, and the extra 78 cents was due to the promotion she did not honor. Iunderstand that promotions change please just take down the promotion or honor it. Her response was " The Store Manager takes care of that". I let her know that you work here and it is your responsibility to inform someone or do something about it. No accountability!!!

Pretty sad experience. I’ve been to a lot of QT locations but this one is easily one of the worst. Spoiled yogurt passed its date, out of hot dog buns, no customer service. Kristopher the manager on duty just looks at you and shrugs his shoulders when you tell him and then he walks back into the cooler to avoid the situation. Take the spoiled products off the shelf. People are gonna get sick.
