We ordered 3 main dishes, appetizer and drinks. After 10 minutes of waiting after the other food came out the waiter claimed he forgot to put in the last order. He then asked if I wanted to cancel it or get it to go. Unbelievable. We have been traveling all day and this is the last stop we want to make before home. This should have been comped for his blatant negligence to pay attention. But what can you expect from this generation. I'll enjoy my re heated food.

Both my wife and I ordered the Tonkotsu Garlic Ramen last night. When we got our noodle bowl, the soup was warm, not hot like what we expected Ramen noodles to be. After eating the noodles, both my wife and I had upset stomachs, and we had to rush to the bathrooms when we got home. It was not a good Ramen experience.

This is my family’s go to ramen place. We love the broth of the ramen and the meat is very tender! My only negative is that, during winter, whenever their doors open, cold air comes in and if you’re seated close to the door your broth will cool down quicker because of the cold air coming in. Having 2 entry doors would be helpful. Overall love the service. The staff are courteous and efficient. My favorite is the Miso Chashu Ramen and my kids fave are the takoyaki and chicken karaage
