I had high hopes because looks good since it got re-modeled and re-name. The food is good, so credit where is due. Now the service is a different story. The waitress dropped 1/2 hot pizza on my daughter’s back and hair, and all that was said was” will get you more pizza. Then a picture frame fell on my other daughter and hit her. We were offered free desert for a heavy picture frame hitting my kid on the shoulder and hot pizza on the back and hair of my other child. So a T-shirt on the trash as it got stained with tomato, and spent 15 minutes taking the now cold sticky cheese of my kids hair. I don't give them one o zero stars because the food was good. Also we never got refills of water, so during halfmy meal i was dry as a desert. Never will i go back.

We booked a reservation on OpenTable and visited on a Friday evening. The location was quiet and cozy. The sun was a bit of problem as it was early evening and it is west facing, so be prepared for that. The service staff was very nice. However, the food was very hit or miss. I was lured by the pizza photos on OpenTable and the location website, but when we arrived and saw the pizzas that others had on their table, it didn't look nearly as appealing and the crust looked nothing like the photos. I ordered a beer and my wife ordered a soda which was brought in a can with a straw and no glass... okay... different but no biggie. We ordered the tequenos (cheese sticks) as an appetizer which were unique for cheese sticks and were delicious! After deciding against the pizza, my wife ordered fettucine alfredo with shrimp and I ordered the tortellini alfredo. Both were hardly edible due to an overwhelming amount of parmesan cheese and watery alfredo sauce. All you could taste was parmesan, which we both like..but man was it strong. Also, the added shrimp were hard and inedible. We each ate a couple of bites and decided we'd had enough. Since the staff were very nice, we didn't complain about the food but decided we'll not return in the future. Other people seemed to enjoy what they were having, so maybe we just ordered the wrong things, but we'll never know.

This restaurant is a true gem! The Pabellón, Arepa Reina Pepiada, and Sancocho de Res were absolutely delicious — fresh, generous portions, and full of authentic homemade flavor. You can tell they put care into every dish. Definitely a place I’ll be ordering from again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

3.2 service was good, fast and friendly. Food was ok, everyone order 10" pizzas, carnivore was the most flavorful of the lot. Alfredo was good but needed a rest period as toppings slipped off when attempting to pick up. Small drink selections and if you like wine there is a small selection as well. Place was not busy for a lunch on a Saturday. Overall it was ok, but so many other pizza places in the area to choose from, need something to make it stick out.
Roma’s breakfast is unbelievably delicious!! Literally the best breakfast in Allen better than any other breakfast location. If you’re a breakfast person you have to try this hidden gem out. Sunny side eggs, Italian breakfast sausage with hash browns and toast & a side of pancakes. Hungry again just typing it!

Nothing bad to say. I got the 10 inch pepperoni pizza. Good size pizza for someone with a good appetite. The crust is definitely the best part. Cooked to absolute perfection. Each bite the perfect amount of crispiness. The sauce, cheese, and pepperoni were good quality too. Service from the bartender was excellent and fast. Restroom was clean. Highly recommended.
