The quality and taste of food have suffered drastically.Inside is very cold in winter and hot in summer, I realize the owner wants to save, but it is almost unbearable.

Wow! What a find! This Egg Foo Young was stellar! I haven’t had this dish done as well, since visiting Asia or in the Caribbean! The flavors were perfect! Seemed to be mostly take out but friendly, courteous staff and easy to get to in a strip mall.

Nope. I saw on neighborhood app that this place was great and probably would not have ordered had I read through these reviews. The egg in the fried chicken rice was so salty, soggy tasting and carrots smelled off. The other things weren’t good either. The crab Rangoon was a way too expensive for a tiny slather of cream cheese in a huge dough type thing. I can’t recommend.

I was hesitant to try this place. I am in the area for work and needed a quick spot for lunch. Saw the mixed reviews.I ordered the lunch combo fried rice. Easy enough not to mess up; the flavor and portion is great. Tried without soy sauce first to be sure everything tasted right. Very fresh and hot! Quiet simple and seemed to be cleaned. One thing to mention, there was a man in sandals that walked to the back. Kind of weird, but at least he wasn’t working. Should be mindful that it’s a food establishment and people are getting food and it’s gross to see your feet if you’re an off clock employee walking around But this is just my personal opinion and assumption.Great lunch. Thank you.

Use to love this place when the older man was there. I first got home to find no rice then realized I wasted $42 on uncooked chicken or for some reason so nasty and gooey in both the sesame chicken and chicken Lo mein which was also cold. The egg drop soup was glue I added water hoping I could salvage something to eat knowing they don’t refund but adding water didn’t help. $42 straight in the trash and now going to what will be our new Chinese to-go. Will never waste another dollar at Skillman Wok and that was our Chinese go to since 2004! Sad!

Got orange chicken and fried rice which was good, but please don't get the Fried Crab Rangoons. It is a scam. It says it has King crab meat, shrimp and cream cheese. But all you get is cream cheese.

Every single time I go in the people are friendly and sweet and I really enjoy them. The food is really delicious and they have fast service!

Been visiting for a while now and still enjoy grabbing dinner for the family a couple times a month. Our favorite dishes are the orange chicken, black bean chicken, and four seasons pork. They seemed to have some bumps a few months back during changes there but nothing too bad that kept us from going again. If I had to give a ding to the score it would only be on the eggrolls. They used to be perfect but the last few visits we have noticed they were a bit greasier than we like.We do love that we no longer have a couple piles of styrofoam containers after eating there multiple times in a month and can re-use the containers our food comes in when needed.

Very disappointed in this place, it used to be so good & now it’s not even good, I spend $60 for soggy shrimp (Orange shrimp), lemon chicken the sauce didn’t even have lemon in it, the chicken was cold too the egg rolls are very very disappointing they have nothing in them & they very flat, skill man wok you are losing us as customers, & I hope you will get better food.

Replying to your comment on my wife Maddie Taylor’s review. Only the chicken with hair in it was refunded(which SHOULD have been)It would be smart to clarify that it’s plain rice on a menu if that’s the case. It’s also not “free” it’s part of the PAID for meal which most places will include actual fried rice. No assistance needed just believe others should know what to expect from orders. Your reply just seems argumentative when the right response would to be to take constructive criticism and get better rather than making excuses. Moral of the story we don’t recommend anyone get food here. Thanks!

We ordered the Szechuan chicken which had a huge black hair in it, the chicken with broccoli which had gelatinous clumps in it, egg drop soup which was literally inedible because it tasted and smelled so bad, and fried rice which had no veggies or anything in it and was so very plain. Nothing tasted good except the packaged fortune cookie. Everything was piping hot upon delivery which would have been a plus if we wanted to eat it ?Would not order this food again.

This is a great place. This is where I normally go in my neighborhood in Allen, Texas. I always enjoy going there and or call in. I think there is new ownership but they are still pretty good and within good service times.

Great local family owners place with authentic food! I tried them a few years ago and it was good but I tried them recently and it was great! I appreciate the friendly Custer service and the warm reception. They even made a few recommendations from the menu. I had chicken and broccoli and fried rice and everything was good. We will return very soon for more! It's a must try for Chinese Food!

If you're not expecting NYC Chinese food this is not for you. But for Dallas suburb quality this place is pretty good.
