I’ve been using the other smoothie chain and wanted to give this one a try. The smoothies were both way too liquid even though I took my first sip right at the counter.They were more like chalky milk than frozen. The place was kind of grimy. I won’t be back. Took off one more star because husband hated his “mango chalk water” too.
Edit to take off additional star per condescending/dismissive response. I add protein at Smoothie King. I have never had a smoothie the consistency of milk there. Your response is misleading and does not make sense in a thermochemical way.

i ordered a strawberry/banana smoothie and what i got was neither strawberries or bananas rather than flavored syrups mixed with gross tasting ice. i wish after taking the first sip i would’ve asked for a refund and given it back. i left and tried to like it but it was seriously like drinking dirt water mixed with chemicals. we will not be returning. save your money and go to smoothie king- trust me!!!

Smells like sewage.Smoothie tasted spoiled and had a sewage type smell as well.
