i ordered a strawberry/banana smoothie and what i got was neither strawberries or bananas rather than flavored syrups mixed with gross tasting ice. i wish after taking the first sip i would’ve asked for a refund and given it back. i left and tried to like it but it was seriously like drinking dirt water mixed with chemicals. we will not be returning. save your money and go to smoothie king- trust me!!!

This middle eastern lady has zero customer service skills. Just sitting on the phone starring at you to hurry. Makes you feel uncomfortable to just be browsing the menu rushing you to order. She then asks if I’m ready I tell her not yet. She walks off talking on the phone. I tell her I’m ready to order she continues with her phone conversation doesn’t even look up. Takes the order and makes this sugary strawberry gross smoothie. She hands me the smoothie almost in a bad mood still on the phone. What a joke. Horrible customer service.Oh and healthy lol.. there is nothing healthy about this. It tastes like straight syrup. The “after workout” is just a cup of juice with frozen fruit blended. First and last time here.
