I am a huge fan smoothie king and go all the time, and I've been to this location. Several times in the staff is very slow and not prompt to aid a customer on time. I was also served their new toast for the first time and it was so bad... I went to my normal location for the first time and tried it and it was 100% different. Really shocked at the quality of service and food at this location compared to others.

So the young guy and girl who is here today (Tuesday Sept 23rd) at 9AM don't make smoothies right at all!! I don't know what other days they work but when I see them i instantly get pissed because I know I'm going to receive a cup of milk!! Stop giving customers smoothies if you know it's wrong! Clearly you know if your pouring a liquid consistency it's not right!!! I rather come after shift change I think the other guy is here around lunch idk but whoever was here this morning needs to be retrained as well as whoever the manager is on duty allowing him to serve these watery smoothies!! Oh and the prices are never consistent very confusing.

In the middle of a busy shopping center, there exists a small sanctuary from busy life.. Where the world slows down just enough to think.
The atmosphere and location are perfect. So nice to just take a breath and relaxing before having to get back out to the craziness that swirls around the whole shopping center.
A nice young lady named Alexis helped us today. She was very patient, kind, and helpful. Honestly went above and beyond her position. Alexis showed a level of maturity and professionalism that 99% of young people today are lacking. Honestly Alexis customer service made the experience perfect.
I can not say enough she needs a promotion, not a raise.
This location is on the top of the list. From the location, atmosphere, and... if the other employees are even half as knowledgeable and patient as Alexis was... the employees as well.
**Alexis even put a nice note on our cups. This is my first time that has happened anywhere but Starbucks. Its these small things that make the difference. The world forgot about that for some reason.

My first time at this store. Lobby and sitting area was spotlessly clean and neat. Work area looked good also. All three employees looked busy but served up my Banana Berry Treat with no delay. Cost was inline with similar establishments. I liked this place and expect to return.

I come to this location so often. I love the staff! They are always so polite and kind. My favorite part is they remember me when I come into the store. They suggest new items and know my taste well enough to know which direction to point me in when it comes to building a smoothie. The owner is there a lot and he is a cool dude. Seems like someone you would want to sit down and have a beer with. Great group of people❤️
