I recently revisited Snappy Salads at Watters Creek after having stepped away for about a year and a half due to repeated issues with customer service back then. I was honestly hesitant, but my daughter wanted to try it out, so we gave it another chance. And I’m happy to say it was a completely different experience this time around!

If it wasn’t for Martha, I would have gave this place a one star review however she did an amazing job turning my experience around for me the guys are really rude it was my very 1st time here so I really didn’t understand the process I didn’t think it would be fair to leave a 1 star review after Martha went above and beyond🤎

Staff were nice, salad was good. The reason why I’m giving it three stars is because they couldn’t give me my receipt. I ordered food there and left to my car. I realized I forgot my receipt and came back in less than 5 minutes after I left. I told them I’d like my receipt but the lady said the system can only pull the last two transactions. She tried to pull the order but had no luck.

I’m not sure if this is due to lack of training on the PoS or if...
