I was blown away by the tater tots. They were some of the best I've had! Whoever was cooking did a great job. The breakfast sandwich was just ok, could have used more mayo. The iced tea tasted fresh. The server (didn't get her name) was an older Mexican lady, who was all smiles and greeted me warmly despite the 30° weather.

Lucy the manager was nice but I think the employee was unbelievably rude . Sonic blast small for almost 5 dollar barely any m and ms I'll never waste money on another one there. Lucy was nice and brought out a few more but I think a waste of money if your wanting anything like a blizzard that's not it I feel.

$18 for a double smash burger with onion rings, large coke zero, and side of chicken bites.

Past few years I felt Sonic (the company)'s food supply had gotten so bad that the burgers were inedible.

This store itself however was actually very good - the burger itself still had a bit of that suspect lower quality that all Sonic beef does, but everything else I ordered was great and I would highly recommend to anyone nostalgic for Sonic.

The employees here always do a great job. I probably go there too often, because some even know me by name. This place like any can get busy, but I never felt like I had to wait too long. They are always friendly and have a smile on their faces.

Overall, the experience was good. The burgers were tasty, and I tried some new drinks. While I wasn't a fan of the Nicole, I enjoyed the Paris. The Double Sonic Queso Smacker was excellent, though I didn't care for the pickle fries. Unfortunately, the strawberry cheesecake master shake I received was mostly milk. When I asked for it to be fixed, the employee asked if I wanted her to throw it away or if we wanted to keep it. My fiancé asked if he could give it to our daughter, and the employee agreed. However, another employee later informed us that the manager required us to return the milkshake. This inconsistency in handling the situation was unacceptable and reflected poorly on their business practices.

The only reason for the three-star rating instead of five is due to the poor handling of the milkshake issue by the manager. If the situation had been resolved appropriately from the beginning, I would have given a higher rating. The manager's approach was inappropriate for a place of business. As a manager, one should lead by example and not pass on poor practices to younger employees who need proper leadership and role models. While the overall customer service was good, the manager needs customer service training!

Just had to drive away after paying for an order on the app. I was not the only one. There were at least five people waiting for orders or waiting to order, and no one was answering the intercom or delivering orders.

Don’t accept orders on the app if you are incapable of providing them.

We had a giftcard to use and told them to put the remaining balance on the other card. And they didn't even swipe the gift card and didn't even tell us that the gift card wasn't used. They have a attitude problem. We call them and they blame it on new hires and how they don't know what they are doing. And how busy they are. They have no customer service. This used to be my favorite place.

I ordered my kids the half priced burger today and on one burger, They put onions on it and i asked for no onions and also added cheese on the burger but took it off left a big chunk of it in the wrapper. My daughter is allergic to cheese and the burger itself tasted like cheese. Do better

Really wish I could give no stars because a server/cashier name Estella here acted like she couldn’t help us our order was completely wrong she stated the manager or no one could help us , we refused to leave because we paid $35 for our food we wasn’t leaving with out our items , she told us to wait never came back then a manager proceeded to help us , thank you to the manager who helped but that employee needs to go .

I placed an order for my food at 6:04 for three items in the store claims to be open at 6 o’clock in the morning. I pull up to the lot and I see nobody is there at 6:18 AM. I click the button because I still had not got my food a gentleman by the name of Mark W says it’s on the way with the food, he’s in return to me and then says it’s gonna take another 20 to 30 minutes to make your food so I don’t know if it’s this guy showing up late or what but like I’m really dissatisfied. How are you gonna say online that you open at six but yet it’s gonna take almost almost the entire hour for you to open up the store. Have you ever heard about showing up earlier to the shift?
