The fries aren't the same anymore and they were really greasy! Just like everything else the prices went up too!

Ordered one All American Dog at 10:17 via app while sitting in the car at the stall so I checked in at the stall that same time. Did not get my order until 10:33. When they finally respond to me after pressing the red button for about 10 times, they said they don't have my order. They came out to check my app and then finally brought my one hot dog out.
The cars that got here after me and order at the stall got their meal before mine. Not acceptable at all!
By the way, they do not offer pup cup or wag cup of any sort, just FYI.
Also adding a photo so you know what kind of food you'd get for a 15min wait at fast-food place

Ordered several items today using the APP, including a pretzle twist. After arrived home, there is no cheese dip for the pretzle!!! What a disappoinment! The pretzle is cheap but completely ruined the meal. I would recommend you checked every thing before you leave.

The burgers and fries are good here as per sonics quality, usually but this sonic location had forgotten my food sometimes as led me to gave to go back to get it remade taking me 10 minutes and my food getting cold. It's good but always check your bag before leaving!

They take forever to prepare food
I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN.
Because of their mistake in not giving me my full order—which made me go all the way home and then come back—the woman in charge there didn’t even apologize. I don’t know if she didn’t do it because she was racist or because no one had trained her to take responsibility and apologize to a customer when a mistake is made.
I ordered 2 Triple Smashers, 3 fries, and a few sauces. My order wasn’t complicated—just 6 items in total. But they forgot to include 2 of them: one fries and one sauce, even though I was charged for everything. I realized this when I got home.
I will never go to this branch again.
it should never take over 40 minutes to get an order. and it wasn’t even that busy either. i didn’t even end up getting my food. i paid $ for nothing

Well I tried the new Sonic Smasher for $1 this week... I FREAKING LOVE IT!!! It was big just like in the pictures LOL! It was full of flavor and simple delicious! If you haven't tried it you're definitely missing out!!!
