Sam needs training. I ordered ice cream and he brings it out with his finger inside my cup. He states that he did that because I was giving him money. He continued to blame me. The only item in my order was the one dish of ice cream. He yanked the money out of my hand which caused the change to fall on the ground. I asked if he was okay simply by how he grabbed my money. That’s when I saw his dirty finger in my cup. Serve the dish of ice cream with a closed top to avoid mess like this. He also didn’t want to pick up my money he dropped.

Awful customer service, the manager, Andrea, walked away from me as I was talking to her. The app constantly states, "Unexpected technical error" but only when I order from this store. I showed the manager. She told me to retry. I did while she watched. She wanted me to retry a second time. I said, "Mam, your app is clearly not working and I dont need you to hover over me like a child. How can you help me......" She walked off mid sentence with me talking to her back as she walked away in an angry huff. I hit the button. Explained my app still was not working. I asked them to honor thr half price burger and half price drink discount. They would not honor it. Another car hop came out to "help" me with the app. I showed her the "error" on my phone. They would not honor the discount.Andrea or Andreya should be fired from her job. Atrocious service. After 5 years going here. I had a long day and was hungry buthad the store manager literally walk away as I was talking to her and they visibly saw the app was not working. They're response to me?? "Enjoy the rest of your day." I will be contacting the franchise group. My brother is a regional vice president for Sonic in another part of the country. I'll get hishelp with this store. Andrea!!!!!!P.S. Insulting how modern employees think just because they express an empty platitude, "Enjoy the rest of your day" it absolves them of awful behavior.

There is always an issue with the drive-up ordering screens. Apart from slushes and ice cream, the food is pretty sub-par compared to other Sonics. This location just a few months ago seemed much better than what it is now. Service is now slow and when the screen or speakers don't work on the menu, workers can be seen staring into empty space with a headphone on doing nothing. I hope the staff get trained better and the food improves on quality.

My four year old love this place. Their corn dogs are the best and I'll never not love the fun drinks that come out for holidays. I've also been a fan of the onion rings since I was a teen. When mistakes are made, sometimes bc it's hard for them to hear you, they fix them with grace. That's all I can ask for. Love the old and young who work there. Everyone's been nice.Parking: There's so many spots open.Kid-friendliness: Tables and chairs there for a more fun intimate setting if you want to take your kids to lunch or a late night snack. It's very fun to give them the whole experience

A few days ago I had a item left out of my order. I called and they told me they would give it to us on our next return. I can show the payment on my chase bank account but did not recieve a reciept. My wife in yeterday at noon. The assistant she spoke to was rude and cut her off. At one point my wife asked if she could just finish her order and leave but the young lady just kept talking and was very condesnding and rude. If you checked our bebit numbers you would see that we have been loyal customers 3 to 4 days a week. This is no way to treat a loyal customer.

We come into this sonic severalto 5 days a week and we tip more than 20% as we know this is how the employees are paid. Twice in the last month we had two wrong orders. We are what we had.Today I came in and ordered a meal. I also mentioned that I came in the day before yesterday and ordered a large ice but was given a small. I asked the team leader if I could get a large ice and pay for a small since I paid for a large ice already, but did not get it. She gave me a long lecture of why they would not give me a large cup and charge me for a small. She said they can only trust that was the case if someone has a receipt, she was very rude and condescending. I explained to her that we come here quite often our good tippers and have appreciated the business in the store, but did not appreciate being talked down to so rudely. she asked me why I did not come back and get the right cup of ice. I tried to explain to her that we had a big order And due to me being a physician, I needed to get back to work quickly. I asked her if I could just finish my order and pay and she kept going on and on about why they don’t give out free drinks which I did not ask for. This would’ve been at 12 PM Jan. 2nd..

Food is fine, but I’ve ordered a shake from here twice and both times it has been wrong. They weren’t complex orders either. The first time I ordered a chocolate shake add hot fudge and instead received a hot fudge sundae the second time I ordered a Oreo chocolate shake, but instead received an Oreo cheesecake shake. I hate cheesecake. Very disappointed and will be throwing it away :(
