I hate writing this, but I have to. Stopped for a couple of drinks and some fries. Ordered in the app. Waited almost an hour with no food,drinks, or communication. I could see they were understaffed, but if they had communicated that fact, I wouldn't be writing this. I left without receiving my order or a refund. I hope they got some employees. If not, don't go there after 9 pm.

Why in the world this place doesn’t open until 9 AM is beyond me. Why bother even serving breakfast? Everything else in the area is open and I constantly see people drive up to this location in the mornings expecting it to be open only to find out that it’s not. Why is this?

I use to love zipping into Sonic to grab whatever I had ordered in the APP, but now the jerks at corporate have ruined the APP with updates and its terrible. I struggle to even find the location I am sitting at to order from and it wants to default to the last location I was at. Once I finally get my order placed I have to hit the red button to tell them I am there versus being able to check in. Two drinks were standard and the third one they left items out. I love half price drinks but the APP experience taints the entire process and now I have started just going to QT.

The drive thru cashier was so stupid. I told him I was paying $3 in cash and the remainder of my payment on card and he wasn’t understanding trying to tell me I didn’t have enough money to pay. Then when he finally understood what I was saying said he couldn’t do a split payment which is not true because I’ve done it

My family visited the Sonion 12/31/23 at about 8:30pm. My order took over 15 mins to come out. I was not able to get a half sweet, unsweetened tea in the app. I ordered 2 foot longs but was told they only had enough to make one. The foot long, to say the least it should have been thaw in the trash. The hot dog was burned and dry, the bread was hard & stale, not warm, and the cheese was not melted. The corn dog was hard & dry as well. The chicken slinger was soggy tasted old like it had been cooked for a while. I added lettuce, and it was brown &soggy. I eat chicken Slinger all the time, so I know the taste. My daughter loves the foot long she ears it all the time & she didn't enjoy her food at all. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Sonic. I'm not a happy customer right now. As of today January 25th no one has responded to my complaint from December 31st,2023.

The mobile app makes ordering accurate and easy. I order before leaving the house, it's ready when I get there. The half price drinks in app makes this even a better bargain.

When someone tells you they accidentally ordered a drink at another Sonic for $1.50, do you really need to make them jump thru hoops to get the same drink at your location when they're already a regular? The girl who came out was nice enough and probably an underpaid teenager... HORRIBLE management.

Terrible service I sit in the drive-through line for a half an hour got my food, and my fries still weren’t in my bag. Their excuse was they had people parked. There were four cars there when I pulled up to order in the drive-through I didn’t know that you guys don’t serve customers if they aren’t tipping. People in this Sonic deserved to be fired. I have never once had a problem with Sonic but this was unprofessional.
