I placed a mobile order with a buy one get one discount that said it would be applied at checkout. I added my card info and was instantly charged and not given a discount. I tried to cancel my order but this location continuously denied my calls. Horrible service!

We paid $1.20 extra tonight to add jalapeno and tomato to my husband’s breakfast burrito and it had no jalapeno or tomato. C’mon guys, just add what ppl pay extra for.

I like Sonic, and this location is okay. Feel like maybe rising cost of food has made their items smaller and more basic (fewer ingredients), but can't blame the location for that. They did forget to give me a whole a$$ burrito the last time I went, but I was already home when I realized. Just saying, double check that your order is all there when you visit this location.
