My husband and I visited this location to pick up our simple order. We only needed an extra cup for a double cup and intended to mention it when collecting our mobile order. However, the tall white male staff member asked us to wait for few minutes, even though there was no line and he did not appear busy. He then directed us to walk all the way around to the other side of the counter, we were literally right in front of him though. Since we were just picking up our pre-ordered drinks, this process felt unnecessary and the interaction was not very friendly at all. It was very disappointing and made for an unfortunate end to our date night. Don’t recommend this location to anyone.

All I can say is WOW! Jaime, first and foremost, provided absolutely amazing service. She greeted me with a bright smile the moment I walked up and kept that same positive energy throughout my visit. My order was taken quickly, and my latte was ready in no time — perfectly made, smooth, and delicious. The combination of fast service, genuine friendliness, and top-notch quality made this an experience worth coming back for!

By far the worst starbucks I have been to. I came here because my friend lives nearby and its their birthday. They like the java chip frappuccino but its no longer available so I ask the person at the counter for assistance in building it from scratch. They just repeat over and over that the cookie crumble frappuccino is the same thing. Extremely unhelpful. I had to resort to finding random tidbits online as to how to make modifications and hope that works.

As native I walked by the store today, I took a seat and asked for water (first), lady look at my eyes and said if your’e not purchasing we can’t give you water, knowing that’s my everyday location … 2 min walk from home. Little emmy with attitude. then Jaimie with fake smile. plus the kid who was at the front never greeted or smiled he just watching like a lazy dog

First time going to this location but we were in the area. My husband’s and my drinks were both made incorrectly. I ordered the new pecan oat milk latte. They used whipped cream instead of the vanilla cold foam and no pecan toppings. The drive thru person was friendly but seemed very confused.

This place is a hit or miss. I normally order a Matcha latte and add my extra stuff in it and I notice every time I order through DoorDash my order comes back wrong.

I went in person to complain about my order being wrong every time it’s ordered through DoorDash and an employee stated they literally look past DoorDash orders, since they tend to be more busy in store..

Today I ordered my Matcha drink and it tasted like milk so I went back through the drive-through for a remake, and the second drink tasted like dirt water. I personally will be avoiding the Starbucks location.
