Forgot my water for work, stopped in for my usual ice water with strawberry inclusion that is usually less than $2. They tried to charge me almost $6 as a custom tea?!! No thanks. Terribly policy. No other starbucks has ever robbed me so.

Beautiful place. Great staff. Beautiful interior. Love this place but they had the music SO loud and it was old jazz/scat music I wanted to go in an work for a couple hours but I could only sit for 25 minutes and had to get out.

Nothing like terrible customer service to help you kick your Starbucks habit! I come to this location very often and I normally order online but this time I ordered at the drive thru. This was at around 4:00, Jan 22nd and applies to the rude person at the window as well as the person making the drink. I ordered an iced peach green tea lemonade. The person did NOT put it on the display when I ordered it so I was not able to verify. When I got up the window, I noticed it was a little cheaper than normal. I didnt think that much of it because sometimes the prices differ when ordering online and in store (i.e kids hot chocolate). However, when she handed it to me.. it clearly said peach green tea instead of peach green tea lemonade... so the price difference click and I assumed she misheard. I was like "oh, I ordered a peach green tea lemonade." and she was like "what are you missing?" and I said "the lemonade.." and she was like "she put it in, I saw her but ill check." With the open window, you can very clearly hear the people talk about you. the person making the drink was like "it's in there I can taste it." "so she didnt even try it? she just looked at it and assumed it wasn't in there?" like no. I didn't just ASSUME. I read the label you put on the drink and looked at my app to see that I was charged for an Ice green tea instead of an ice green tea lemonade. The most obvious scenario is that you misheard me. If you want to avoid confusion then follow the appropriate procedure. It would have been silly for me to just assume there was lemonade in there.

Bottom line, don't talk about customers with a window wide open and pay attention to what you are ringing up. You rang it up wrong, you labeled it wrong but somehow I'm the one being ridiculous? All of this was clearly errors on their part but they accused me of "just assuming" .. granted not to my face but might as well have been. Incredibly unprofessional/rude. But thanks for making it easy for me to kick my Starbucks habit.

This is like the fourth order that I’ve received that has been incorrect… I just need to stop coming to this location because this rarely happens at any other Starbucks.

I have a pretty simple order. Peppermint white mocha no whip no foam. Sometimes they forget the peppermint. Sometimes they give me a mocha instead of a white mocha. Today it was a ton of foam on top.

It’s extremely frustrating for a nine dollar drink.

Very sad… 3 people standing in here working, literally broke their necks NOT to greet us as we walked in (mind you nobody else in the restaurant) just me, my daughter , and 3 workers. Not coming back.

The customer service was horrible. It was 7:40 and my daughter had to use the restroom. I wanted coffee so I chose to kill two birds with one stone. I asked the cashier where the restroom was and she literally just stared at me like a deer in headlights. I saw the saw ahead of me so I rushed in because my daughter could not wait. Upon coming out I asked the sane cashier the hours of operation. Again, no response, just a dead stare. Unbelievable. I told the guy standing next to her that I change my mind and did not want anything. Do you think he tried to assist me, nope. Diabolical!
