The staff members were courteous. The coffee drink and sandwich were ok as expected. However, the pastry case was so small now and no high shelves to display the Starbucks products. It’s not the Starbucks I would like to see and shop around though.Parking: Enough parking space.

if there was a chance where i would put 0 stars i would, manager is horrible and my coffee was disgusting with a fly at the bottom of my cup, food flies on their pastries i mean what kind of service is this?!?!?! i expect manager to do something about it and did nothing just laughed in my face as i complained terrible smh.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Jaime, the manager, is the best manager I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks in all my years of visiting different places. She has the staff well prepared and the atmosphere is the best of all the Starbucks in Texas.Jaime should be commended by everyone involved at Starbucks for being such an excellent example.

Had a great experience here! Nice staff, good quality drinks, and the place is spacious and comfortable.(Also, the person who insulted Jaime earlier in the review has no idea what they're talking about -- they're obviously lying. She's a great manager!)

Terrible service this morning, staff seemed confused and very overwhelmed. The manager Jaimie was so frazzled she was telling customers “I don’t even know what I’m doing” when asked about their order. After a 19 minute wait I inquired to staff about my drink status and after looking the girl said she could not find my order. I then got in line to ask the status or a refund if my order was lost, the counter girl was very overwhelmed and got the manager. That’s when I learned Jaimie was the manager. She approached cash register didn’t speak to me and proceeded to talk very condescending to the counter worker on how to process a refund. I interrupted her to say I would much rather have my coffee than a refund and just wanted the status of my drink. Jamie then stated and I quote “can’t you see the line, I don’t know when your drink will be ready” I asked if she could check and she was very snarky and extremely frazzled. Management should be the leader and the example, being frazzled and rude affects the whole environment from staff to guests. Very disappointed in this visit and seeing how things were going.

I really love the atmosphere of this starbucks!..the workers were so professional and the store was clean!!..all the staff were very friendly and informative. I'm from New York in a small trip and decided to get my brown shaken expresso which was really good!!..that one worker there she wears glasses was very nice to me!! I forgot her name but I really love the service!!..thank ya so much!!..
