The worst customer service here with the lady Jay. She was rude/unwelcoming at the cashier very careless with handing me my drink she spilled water all over the table and got me wet. Very careless. Go to a different location

This is consistently the worst Starbucks I pickup coffee from. I have now received a vanilla latte without the vanilla syrup at least three times in the last couple of months from this location. It's extra annoying because you pay extra for vanilla and if I'm not going to get it, I'd really prefer to not be charged.

I’m a big fan of Starbucks and usually love their drinks, but I was really disappointed with my recent order. I bought two grande Brown Sugar Shaken Espressos with pumpkin cold foam and one venti Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with pumpkin cold foam— but none of them had the pumpkin cold foam. That was the main reason I ordered them, so it was really frustrating to miss out. I hope this location pays closer attention to customizations next time, because I usually have great experiences with Starbucks.

Ordered a cookie (cold not heated) - ordered a drip decaf (medium roast) - cookie was served warm so I returned - after more than 25 minutes my coffee was not ready and not even started … demanded a refund - was not pleased with the lack of service and the lack of knowledge about the products. Will not return.

Just left this Starbucks, and I think it’s safe to say that I had the most pleasant experience here!! The service was top tier and the employees are so kind!! Eduardo was my barista today, and I came in not knowing what I wanted. Not only did he handcrafted the perfect drink, he exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Eduardo!! You’re the best :)

I was drinking my macchiato (no food) and I noticed a weird texture and found pastry crumb in my macchiato. Not only is this disgusting, and indicative of dirty equipment or hands, I have celiacs and this would have made me very sick if I had not caught it.
