This place got our drink messed up.
I’ve never had this bad Carmel macchiato. Honestly feels like a robbery that we paid the price Starbucks tagged for this drink, and the drink is horrible. I wouldn’t get this drink for free. Never going back thumbs 👎

The chubby Asian/hispanic girl at the drive thru window YELLED at me for not stopping at the order thing to tell them I’m picking up an online order. Not really a great way to start the morning. Please train your employees to serve better.

This Starbucks has the most unfriendly workers. No one greets you when you go inside and they act like you don’t exist. Orders take forever to prepare even when they’re not busy. When I place mobile orders either my drink is ready and then I have to wait for my food, or my food is ready and then I have to wait for my drink. It’s frustrating to place a mobile order and have to wait 5 - 10 minutes after arriving for the order to be finished. I’d understand if this happened occasionally when they’re very busy, but that’s not the case. It’s every single time.

For convenience, I keep wanting this place to be good. But, every time i visit, there is always something that the staff gets wrong. I can only assume it's a training store (if there is such a thing). I visit multiple SB stores per day all over DFW (for wifi work) and I confidently say this is in the bottom 10%. Not to mention, they always seem to have a fly infestation. I prefer to hold my negative reviews as long as possible - it's been a few years of sampling this store, and there are no signs of it getting better.

The only thing I don't like is that I have a Brazil Nut allergy (tree nut allergy broad term) and the Salted Caramel Iced Cold Brew I got uses a type of Brazil Coffee Bean which is in the same region that Brazil Nuts are grown. I ended up having a mild reaction to it ? Definitely going to be doing a lot more research into their coffees and what they put in their drinks going forward. It was delicious tho before I reacted ?

The staff is surprisingly caring at this Starbucks. Most other Starbucks have staff that are pleasant, though are just doing their job. These guys seem particularly cheerful.

Horrible customer service. I came in to pick up an order. I was standing there for at least 10 minutes and still never got acknowledged. I ended up leaving.

This starbucks is the only one where the baristas are incredibly rude and always seem to ignore me to help everyone else. I'll just avoid this one and go to the one on McDermott in Allen where everyone is super sweet and accommodating.
