I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble frapp and it took more than 20 minutes. The girl totally forgot about my order and was too busy working on other customers orders. My frappucino was NOT sweet and there was NO mocha drizzle. Very disappointing, I will not be back.

Wow! I’ve never had a barista be so nice and compliant to my needs. Zackaria the barista is a supstar! He even gave me extra carmel on my frappeachino. What a legend he is!

The baristas were so kind and the service was very fast. I loved the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso! It was so good and I got my drink quickly. The barista named Siena took my order, and she was so sweet and polite. The baristas behind the bar were very diligent and worked quickly. Overall, I had a really great experience here and enjoyed my coffee.

Interesting, shop was super busy, very crowded store. Had long wait on Saturday evening. The staff was so kind helping everyone where few customers were already frustrated. Asked for refreshments any, those all already ran out. But overall nice hangout place middle of long shopping.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Their service was horrible, they didn't even have air conditioning ON and the people behind the counter couldn’t care less and just give you robotic answers “your drink is being made”, instead of checking even once if it is actually made. And it took us 30 mins to get our drinks. Very bad experience! The 5 star reviews that you see for this establishment are definitely paid.
The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered americano coffee and asked for a cup of ice water, the lady refused to give me water since it is NOT allowed to give water. I asked to add half half for the coffee, the lady said she cannot add and will give us in a separate cup. We waited for 5 minutes, but she never gave us probably she is so busy making coffee for other customers.
