Ordered 2 medium hazelnut dark roasts waited over 10 mins staff service mindset is nonexistent, people that came after me got their coffee BEFORE ME, i would have never got my coffee had i never asked, and got the wrong coffee on top of that, never coming back here. No thank you left a dollar tip too should have not done that

I have tried this store several times and every single time their drinks are so watered down. People can’t even get a good decently made overpriced drink here but they’re quick to shove that tip machine right in your face.

I’m extremely disappointed with this Starbucks location. As a deaf customer, I already struggle with communication at drive-thrus, but today was the final straw. The staff gave me attitude and refused to process my order unless I verbally said my name, even though I explained I cannot speak it clearly. I even watched them take orders from other customers without any issue, just not me.
I have tried coming here several times after shopping at H-E-B because I wanted to give them a chance, but every visit has been a bad experience. They aren’t friendly, they never make me feel welcome, and they always give me attitude when I hand them a note at the drive-thru explaining that I am deaf.
After all of that, today I found a bug inside my drink. That was it for me. I feel completely disgusted, disrespected, and unsafe. I will not be returning to this location.
20 min we sat in the drive thru line and didn’t even get to order. we left and so did other people behind us. it’s monday at 11:45 am, not 7am on a monday.

I just placed my order at the drive-thru and was treated very poorly. The young woman who took my order was rude and clearly didn’t want to help. If she was having a bad day, that’s not my fault — I was just placing my order. Not even at the worst-rated Starbucks have I ever been treated so badly.

Be careful when you go. I have been in and it is great during Summer but Mon- Fri if school is in session there are A Lot of teens here from the high-school. There will be little seating and a lot of noise. AUG-MAY I would avoid it if you want to do anything more than order a drink and leave.

To see the team working so hard this morning, and more and more cars kept piling up in the Drive-Thru, everyone was pounding out drinks, maintaining a smile, very good with time. We all know pumpkin seasons is not easy, you guys did good this morning. I'm just saying Even Adam had a smile on.

Whoever was working on Monday, August 25 at the drive through getting the orders and “greeting” you at the window (we interacted with her from 6:20 am to 6:35 am) talked with a super rushed tone at the intercom, was super rude when she told us she couldn’t break a bill (it was early, completely understand the problem but the way she said it was rude and kind of mean). Service skills were not a forte. The speed of the team was awesome though!

This place is Terrible with customer service or drinks. 0 Ratings. when i always drive thru here the staffs are always rude and mean. Seems like they do not want to be there, they don't like customer service. Horrible customer service i have seen in my life. I always avoid this place, but when i shop HEB i like to give a try but everytime i go there, they fail. Always rude and nasty employees. Never want to be at this location, i will go another one on stacy Rd location.

I’m writing to share a frustrating experience I had at one of your locations today around 7:00 PM Monday evening I came in with my own water bottle, hoping to fill it with water, but the barista informed me that there would be a charge for a water cup—even if I wasn’t using a Starbucks cup. I was told this was company policy, which surprised me, as other Starbucks locations I’ve visited do not charge for water.
The barista offered me an empty cup (without water) and pointed me to bottled water for sale. I found this response disheartening, especially considering how hot and humid it is here in Texas during July, with temperatures over 100 degrees. In such conditions, access to water feels like a basic courtesy.
Being told that I needed to pay or go elsewhere for water made me feel incredibly disappointed, especially when I had my own bottle. It was not the welcoming and caring Starbucks experience I’m used to. I truly hope you will consider revisiting this policy and ensure consistency across locations.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope my feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

If you get a cold drink and don't specify how much ice, then most of your cup (>3/4) is ice. Nice couches and reading chairs nonetheless.
