Staff has been grumpy and slow the last few times I've been to this location. Yesterday I don't know if I was handed someone else's order or they just completely screwed up my order. I didn't notice till I got to work that my matcha smelled like banana and have what looked like caramel sprinkles on top. It tasted nasty and I ended up dumping the drink and now I have a swollen tongue from what I am assuming was in fact a banana drink because I do have a banana...

This is one of the slowest Starbucks stores in North Dallas. Even you put order in app and still have wait in the line for more 15+ minutes for get a simple cup a coffee and a bagel. The only positive thing is the location. Poor service and not sure what process they are running. It needs to change.

To see the team working so hard this morning, and more and more cars kept piling up in the Drive-Thru, everyone was pounding out drinks, maintaining a smile, very good with time. We all know pumpkin seasons is not easy, you guys did good this morning. I'm just saying Even Adam had a smile on.
