To see the team working so hard this morning, and more and more cars kept piling up in the Drive-Thru, everyone was pounding out drinks, maintaining a smile, very good with time. We all know pumpkin seasons is not easy, you guys did good this morning. I'm just saying Even Adam had a smile on.
I have been a customer at this Starbucks since it opened. This morning I saw inappropriate behavior by a district manager, not the store manager.
An excellent long time employee was dressed down right in front of me by the district manager. She did nothing wrong. The district manager was wrong in two ways, one in what he was saying and second on how he did it in front of customers.

Sat on the patio. After being there about 10 minutes an employee came and put a sign on the door (hand written) saying the inside was closed due to short staffing. She told us the manager had to leave and they are not allowed to keep the doors unlocked without a manager being there.
